Starbucks - Coffee shop in Lake Mary - 910 International Pkwy, USA

I ordered a drink from the app, a drink I normally get and have been getting for months now. However, today after ordering my drink for pick up, the drink is made totally different. I ordered a venti and my order looks like a grande. I called to explain this and no one wanted to help. Up until this day I’ve had no issues with Starbucks. Please do NOT go to store 26675 in Lake Mary FL. They don’t care for their customers at all or how they make their drinks. Don’t bother explaining yourself either, it gets you no where. Don’t waste your time and money on this… look at the pictures below; it’s the same drink, different stores. Please go to a different store if you’re passionate about your coffee and want to get your moneys worth.

Amazing team, always accommodating and so friendly among all the chaos. This is a very busy location but each team member takes the time to smile, provide a greeting and make everyone feel loved and taken care of. Heather was so sweet and helpful in accommodating to my drink needs.

This used to be my favorite location to come to in the mornings however, this morning multiple workers were extremely rude. One of the male workers that was at the mobile order counter this morning was very unprofessional, as i went to grab my order with my name on it, he put his finger up and told me hold on and grab the order from me, and then asked me for my name and then handed it to me with an attitude. This was an unusual experience at this location, won’t be coming back.

Actually this is a really good clean store. No I didn't get a drink but all of there procedures were followed correctly. There stock are was neat and in place. Employees were following proper safety procedures and drinks where made right..

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! What a bad experience I just had at this Starbucks location. Arrived at 5:16pm and no one in line at the drive-thru ordered 2 chai tea lattes and a frappe Java chip. The evening baristas are plainly horrible, they honestly don’t know what they are doing. Paid $15.38 and I was given instead of chai tea lattes, coffee with milk???? And on top of this it took them 15 minutes to give me the drinks???? I’m beyond dissatisfied. And won’t be returning! Stay away!

I placed an order via the mobile app and went inside after seeing the long drive-thru line... I honestly wish I had stayed in the drive-thru because it would've been faster. The place was clean and empty inside, but they had several tickets laid out without beverages; they appeared to prioritize the drive-thru and in-store purchases first and then mobile orders. My ETA was 2pm for my order to be ready, but it wasn't done until 2:14pm. They did appear to be short staff though. Once our drinks were done they came out really good and tasty, yum!

Consistently short changed on amount of coffee. This is a pumpkin spice grande latte…the photo on the drive-through menu shows whipped cream and as you can see, there is PLENTY of room since there is very little coffee!

Staff was very friendly and I was greeted right away. The drinks and food were great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and asked great questions to make sure the order was made. The reason I can’t give five stars is because it took 15 min for one drink, this location is severely understaffed and these poor sweet baristas were obviously overwhelmed. There needed to be at least two more making drinks. The drive thru line was so long it took over the parking lot and I couldn’t even leave because it blocked the entrance and exits to the main road.
