I love Starbucks! There are my two go locations on my way to Florida this one and the one in Thomasville Road! The place is nice, clean and convenience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of Starbucks drinks. Great atmosphere and soft music playing. They made my coffee just right! They have clean bathrooms.

I never leave negative reviews or have even publicly complained about customer service before (I know food/beverage retail is tough and always am kind to the employees), but I have to say I was really disappointed today. There was one nice female cashier, but everyone else was pretty rude to me (for no reason...). After ordering, I was curious and asked the male at the cashier if he knew why some of the drinks were not available to order over the mobile but are available in person. I didn't complain or have any kind of attitude, and I waited to ask when nobody was behind me in line. While the male cashier and another female barista explained why (they basically joined in and talked at me at once, lol), they just seemed really bothered and annoyed (mind you, I only asked the male cashier when I was confused). When I sat back down, I watched the next 4-5 customers arrive in the next 10 minutes and all of them were treated WAY nicer by those two than I was. I don't know if it's because I was Asian, or I somehow did something... it was just a really off-putting feeling that I have never experienced.

Amidst overflowing refuse and the din of indolence, this Starbucks, once a haven for respite, now stood as a melancholic tableau of neglect—a stain on the otherwise familiar tapestry of my coffee-seeking escapades.

i love this place so much! everyone is so nice and helpful, they even take time to learn their customers names. i've been in there when they're really busy and they still greet everyone that comes through the door. they make you feel like you're with friends. i gotta shout out seth today, he was an absolute rockstar, he always is. i didn't know what i wanted today and i told him what kind of coffee i liked and he recommended an iced white mocha with salted caramel foam and it is amazing! i've never had it before and it's so good, thank you seth! he has made my drink so many times before and it's always great. y'all this guy knows how to put whipped cream on a frap like a bro. i'm serious. there's another guy that i always forget the name of but he's great too. he always wears a beret with lots of pins on it? he usually seems to be coordinating. he's a good leader and seems like a genuinely nice person. he also complimented my david bowie sweatshirt and my dinosaur jeans so he's gotta be cool. hope y'all have a great day! keep it up starbucks crew!

Wait for 30 minutes (30 minutes past the estimated time for pickup) for a mobile order of a cold brew though every employee is working hard. This store definitely needs to figure out its staffing issues.

Ordered online and waited 30 minutes just to never get my order. Manager told me to call corporate to cancel my order. How about you stop taking orders you know you can’t fulfill.

There is something extra nice about this starbucks. Maybe it's the lack of drive through, or the nice sunny windows. The baristas are always nice and friendly, my order always comes out quick. It's a nice place to read a book on a Saturday afternoon.

Baristas could use a little more training. Also trash outside the store. Bathrooms not clean.
