Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The barista was not measuring ingredients, and all 4 of our drink were poorly made. One of which was the wrong drink entirely, when we tried to ask for them to remake the drink, we stood at the counter unacknowledged for several minutes. We finally needed to call for their attention, only for them the make the same incorrect drink all over again. We ended up having to conduct a science experiment mixing our coffees to make them drinkable. Would rather endure the caffeine headache then come back to this store.
This location was good. They have a score of 100 which is awesome. The baristas are super nice and friendly. They even offered my dog crushed ice since he can't have pup cup. Only lost one star cause they mixed up our drink sizes and we had to go back out later.
I’m a semi-regular here, and I’ve never been disappointed! Shout out to Jess for being a great manager and always giving great service and drinks! I highly recommend the salted caramel cold brew with oat milk! Thanks y’all for caffeinating my day!!
Only one bathroom that allows everyone inside. No one wants to let their daughter to go into the bathroom after seeing an older man walk into the bathroom. Also management having issues in front of customers to other employees about using proper pronouns when referring to another working is just ridiculous and complete unprofessional. Management needs to be looked over by higher ups. People see that kind of weakness, and it explains why the Starbucks got broken into recently. It’s sad to see how the younger generation manages these chains. Pro nouns are not as important as serving the customers. It’s delusional and a sign of trying to pull power over others who simply aren’t used to this ridiculous new way of thinking.
Courtney was extremely rude in the drive thru and send my order with no drink. After a call to the establishment, Sheryl was very kind and apologetic, and offered to remake my drink. When the drink was picked up, Courtney was once again extremely rude and short.
I am very disappointed in my experience here. I ordered a trenta size pumpkin cream cold brew. They originally made a tall size by mistake. I kindly informed them that I ordered a trenta. They said they realized that and would "fix" it. I saw the lady take the tall drink they had made and pour it in a trenta cup and then just added some more cold brew and some more cold foam on top. This made the drink overwhelmingly sweet because there was an entirely too much cold foam from having around double the cold foam that what was supposed to be in the drink. Something that should have been an easy fix...truly fix it by preparing me a new drink like I paid for was messed up and $6 down the drain. I won't be back to this location.
They were so kind and accommodating to my daughter and friend who had complicated orders. Patient and knowledgeable.
This Starbucks is awesome! The staff is friendly and quick with your drink and they always get it right. I also appreciate the design of the place and the layout. The furniture is the newest design that Starbucks has. Makes for an easy place to meet or get some work done.

Great spot to launch kayaks and explore shoreline. We had trouble because it was a very windy day so we chose to stay close to side close to put-in and sheltered from wind. Pretty fall colors were showing and the water levels were lowered than norma

10/28/2023 Let me start with that we had a great breakfast. The food was great and they treated us super friendly. I don't know if everyone would get equal treatment or not. The decor is based in conservative American tropes. Is this because it's wh
