The person working the drive thru the night of 1/25 is amazing! Awesome customer service. 5 stars! Highly recommend. What we ordered was delicious!

I’m an Uber driver and I waited in the drive through for almost 25 minutes, only to be told I had to come inside the building to get the order. I told the person that I had done this before, and she replied rudely ‘Well, maybe before but not now’. So I went in and got the order, then waited another 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot because the drive in line was blocking my exit. Not going back.

Came here during a busy Sunday morning. Not from the area but my third time coming to this Starbucks. I purchased two complex drinks through the mobile app, they were already made before I arrived and they had an orderly queue for mobile orders. The beverages can be difficult to get right but the two I ordered were flawless and impeccable in both taste and appearance. It was very busy at the store but credit must be given to the team, despite all the people and business they were clearly “in the zone”, happy, smiling and working together as a cohesive unit. My impression was that this store is very well managed and organized, and has hard-working committed partners working together to execute on that vision. I certainly plan to return.

This place sucks, I ordered a ICED COFFEE the caramel brûlée and I got to the window they were friendly they tried to hand me a hot i explained I wanted it iced so they “remade it” it was iced but it was legit like warm, they must have just put the hot one in a cup with ice, this wasn’t meant to be an iced coffee you can tell by the temp and way it taste

This constitutes "light ice" lol - called and they'll remake it, but only same day. I realized it 10 miles trip on 87... not worth turning around. Advise to ask for extra cup at window and check it right there first.. not a big deal overall, still love the food, coffee, and vibe

Second time stopping in for a specific drink on the way to visit family. I couldn’t figure out why my drink was off until I watched them make it, they aren’t washing out the cold foam maker so if you don’t want sweetener or flavor…. Maybe it was just the two times I ordered that specific drink and the shift etc they seem busy and the inside is cute.

They took my order but never entered it. Made me wait for 15 minutes before I asked and found out that they took my money but never placed my order. No apologies either.
