5/5 stars for Sheryl/Cheryl the barista. She was so amazing, polite, and patient and accommodating to my request. She made my experience outstanding. I will come back to this location for the atmosphere she helps create. <3

Everything is great except for the fact that the place seems to have been wiped down with dirty rags or something. As I waited for my drink looking around I noticed an accumulation of dirt in various areas. Every piece of clear glass window even the partitions around the counters seem to have been wiped with a very wet rag and when dry left and almost milky looking dry substance on all the glass in the store. It was kind of disgusting looking. I couldn't even look out the front windows because the windows were so dirty. I love the landfill, compost, and trash options for the trash cans. I was paying attention but if I wasn't I would have never heard someone say my drink is done because the guy said it's so quiet it was almost as if it was to himself. And I know it's splitting hairs or being petty, but a straw was not left with my drink as usual. Also why aren't the straws green here like most Starbucks? I'm just saying though.

I don’t often review but I’m going to take a few minutes out of my day to appreciate all the employees that work at this specific Starbucks chain. This location not only offers you a nearby WINCO and IHOP, it also offers you a zoo if you like chickens. The homeless that surround this chain are not a reason to give a one star. Have you no decency? Why is another human being struggling such a sore sight? The long waits are due to everybody wanting coffee at the same time, not because of employee performances. To all the pixie cut dandelions that complain about this chain, get off your high horse. This is a perfectly safe location, no reason to be worried about your 2011 Ford Explorer being broken into.

Asked for a grande caramel macchiatto hot with no vanilla syrup . Received it in a hot cup but it was cold, and no caramel at all. Just disappointed, thought Starbucks could handle an order like that.

There are a lot of homeless people in this area, sleeping on the benches in front of the store, chickens roaming the parking lot. Didn’t really feel confident leaving my car outside. They charged me .50 for a refill but everything online says they’re supposed to be free? They also market themselves and create the idea that they are a “coffee shop” with places to sit and work on your laptop but they played the music so loud, my boss on a business call had to ask me to go on mute because it was so loud even after I asked them if they’d be willing to turn it down. Not to mention it was 6:00am I would choose panera anyday.

It's a mad house...the only thing I can say is a decent price is regular coffee. Everything else is way too expensive.

Great service, workers are wearing masks but not gloves. Lines are long in the afternoon. We waited about 30 mins just to get 2 drinks. They're always delicious though. Strawberry Acai refresher with extra strawberries is one of my favorites along with a Venti caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. Delicious! Update: Service has improved drastically! At least from my personal experience. They are quicker and still very friendly. I asked for a specific drink but they didn't have all the ingredients. They asked if they could substitute it with something else and I was sceptical but the drink came out delicious! It was a "Pink drink" that I saw on tik tok. Originally it was supposed to be a strawberry acai refresher with vanilla sweet cream cold foam but they ran out of strawberries so they made it with dragon fruit instead.

This is my usual Starbucks so it makes me very sad that my family, friends and I won't be returning. Today I ordered my normal drink without their classic syrup due to dietary restrictions. I got to work and after a couple of sips I noticed by the after taste that there was in fact classic syrup in my drink. I called and spoke to a lovely very friendly girl on the phone who said it wouldn't be a problem to remake it. Which is all I expected it as I understand mistakes happen it's not a big deal. I went through the drive through re ordered, made sure it was clear and tried to be as nice as I possibly could. Everything was fine until I got to the window. The girl at the window was incredibly rude. Glaring, pursed lips, hands on her hips. As I was in a hurry I took the remade drink going to leave noticing the obvious color difference in the drink. It was made correctly. Please note that this is the only drink I order from starbucks so I know what it looks like and I doubt they would make the mistake twice. Attitude and all made me stop to try it which I did. It was correct. I offered them back the previous drink and her attitude once again was sour. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I wasn't rude and I just wanted my coffee to not make me vomit. I know having to remake something is annoying and if I were rude and yelling I would understand the attitude. I worked in food for 10 years so I really understand, but the dirty looks and extra attitude was not necessary in this case and is the ultimate reason I won't be returning.
