Easily the best and cleanest store in the area. The staff is so friendly, quick, and efficient. I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my food when I mobile order. The drive-thru has me in and out in minutes. Even with high capacity on the weekends, the staff handles it professionally and no one is just standing around. If you want Starbucks, this is the best store around!

There is no shortage of Starbucks to go to in this area but this one is far and away the best. The culture that the leadership has built for this store is second to none and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. A few of the amazing staff members I have worked with are Ruben, Nico, Milton, Laura, Kaity but I have yet to have a single bad experience with any employee at this store.

My friend offered to order my drink. However, he got called into a meeting suddenly and couldn't place the order. A staff member noticed I didn't have a drink, asked what I'd like, and promptly brought me a cup! It's truly the warmest gesture in this chilly winter season!

Best Service and Best Starbucks Team in the History of Starbucks. Manager Kim Branscum is an absolute badass when she Manages her Team. The Team itself is composed of the best group of personalities in my opinion and they all care about the community.

This Starbucks is easy to get to and didn't have a long line. There isn't a drive-through. We didn't mind it because again, not much of a line. The atmosphere is like most other locations. There were plenty of mugs and tumblers to buy. They had coffee beans to our chase as well. Most of the staff was amazing. You could see they enjoyed their job and chatted away with customers while making drinks. However, the lady who took our order must have had a bad day. She wasn't helpful when we asked about how the app worked. She did get our orders correct.

We ordered the iced chai tea latte ( grande) and for $6 I get a full cup of ice with just a little tea....come on...it's ridiculous...just 6 sips to be precise...highly disappointed...😡😡..this was Roanoke Starbucks ..

Placed an order on-line and wasn’t able to pick it up due the confusion within the restaurant and drive thru. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident and happens across the majority of your shops. Starbucks - please support your team members who are working hard to serve your customers.

I love the cold brew!!! Italian roast is the flavor bean I buy. Their sugar-free options aren't as high as other places I go, but the cold brew is not matched anywhere!
