Starbucks - Coffee shop in Redding - 155 Lake Blvd E, USA

This location off of Lake blvd. Is by no exception........the true meaning of a hot mocha peppermint. The combination that the battista puts in and how she or he makes it is almost perfect as anyone would know there's no such thing as perfect but, the word itself. Go here around 2pm or maybe a little later and the nice lady at the window actually loves her job.

Have been a regular Starbucks customer, and each store has its unique character. This one, although folks are usually nice. There is one young lady who has an attitude that could use correction. Additionally, I don't dig getting shaken down for 35% min tip with each cup of coffee if I use a card other than a Starbucks card.

I visit this Starbucks regularly when I'm in Redding for work. My drink has always tasted good, the food is warmed correctly, and, most important, the service is almost always exceptional. If I lived in town, this wouls be my regular spot for sure.

Nice staff and fast service. I stopped going to Starbucks but needed a ice coffee. So I gave this Starbucks a try. Very pleased. I will remember this store.

Stopped in for breakfast food and a cold brew on a Sunday morning. It was very busy. The breakfast sandwiches were good and the prepackaged protein box was good, also. Our Carmel and Nitro cold brew was tasty. We had to wait a little bit to get the coffee, due to how busy it was. But, that was fine. The store was clean and had enough staff.

Rude staff, and my drink is hardly ever made correctly. Each time previously when it’s made wrong, I’m invited back per the store manager Shane. Yesterday- I came back for a remake since the day before it was literally milk and ice and was told I can’t have it remade without a physical receipt. The shift on was Kelli-Jo, and she was the one I spoke with. She had my remade drink in her hand and turned me away. I went ahead and reported my experience with corporate, and they were astonished at how I was treated, and credited my card for the amount of my drink. I went to another store and they were so sweet to me. I will follow up with the store manager when he returns from vacation. Staff needs training on the “third place” environment, and making the moment right.

Haven't been to Starbucks for a couple years. Surprised you cant put your own cream and sugar in to make it exactly to your taste like it used to be. So I'll never be back. Coffee was too hot and too expensive. I only drink Starbucks coffee at home and I'll continue that but I won't waste my money in any of the stores again.
