The wait was terrible. They had at least 4 workers there, and the place wasn't busy at all. Maybe one person sitting at a table? I didn't see anyone in the drive through. I had two friends with me and we stood at the cashier for at least 20 minutes, the workers standing around doing nothing. When we ordered, the lady who took our order sounded annoyed with us. I asked for it iced and she said they didn't have it?? You don't have Ice?...I just said screw it since I was tired of waiting and got hot instead. Drinks tasted amazing, but the service was terrible.
Visit this Starbucks often. Store is always clean and employees friendly and willing to help. Want to give a special shout out to Emma whom provides outstanding customer service. This review is for the Shawnee Mission location.
Good Day to all who reads this review, this Starbucks at Shawnee Mission is very nice. The young lady that greeted me as I ordered my Pikes Place was incredibly nice and professional. She even asked me twice to ensure that right amount of cream was being poured. I used live here in Kansas City thirty years ago and the service in this town is still outstanding.
Great staff. Everyone here is very courteous and helpful. The drinks are of course really good. I appreciate the drive thru window as well for convenience. It's starbucks so your know what you're getting but the quality of service makes it stand out.
Today I mobile ordered on the road and pulled through the drive through to pick up my drink. When I got to the window I was informed that for next time you guys are first come first serve and that I should remember that. I came for coffee, not a lecture or job training, and whether I mobile ordered or ordered at the speaker you would have had to make my coffee when you did anyway. I have issues at this location pretty often but this last visit is the nail in the coffin, I'll make the 10 minutes out of my way detour to go to a different location.
Nightmare. Got our drink wrong, and when I asked where our food items were, she brought up the last 3 customers items because she forgot. Not to mention we couldn't pay with a card because of their malfunctioning machines. Not to mention all the items they were "out" of.
Barista named Erica at window was extremely rude. I politely explained that I would like to use a 50 percent off coupon and gave me attitude saying that she know and will put it in. While scanning my phone I accidentally turned it off and she just walked away without saying anything. Through out the whole payment process she was dismissive and talking to other coworkers instead of taking my payment. She started taking my payment again when she stopped midway and held her finger up at me and started taking another order through the headset. When I finally got my food I politely told her that I asked for no cheese. She snatched the bag out of my hand and gave me the right one. I tried being friendly knowing that she might be having a long day but I was only met with her giving me eye rolls and major rude tone.
I always get the Grande iced shaken espresso with oatmilk, two pumps classic syrup, and Grande iced matcha tea latte with one pump vanilla syrup, they are my favorite!

Soft opening today!!! Service was great, and people were so excited to see this place open! The food was great, and they had a wide variety of mexican dishes. They had vegetarian options and burritos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day!!!!

Very nice playground tucked away in the Shawnee Mission Park. Good access for everyone needing ramps and easy inclines. Lots of simple but easy equipment for children to play on.

Beautiful park in a safe neighborhood with a trail that circles the whole park. The playground is in good condition. Two big shelters to rent, restroom, rose garden, multiple lights along the trail for a well lit night.
Delicious hometown spot! The Market Wrap was so fresh and perfectly paired with crispy homemade pub chips. The sweet onion dip is an absolute must!! The mini cheesecake bites are a perfect sweet treat, and they often have rotating seasonal flavors. W
Sushi is great everytime & great price too! I typically don't like eating at restaurant due to cleanliness, lack of service or loud atmosphere - but I will eat in at Oishi! It's great. Plenty of seating. Good lightning, low noise level. Highly recomm
