Today they offer buy one get one free drinks if you have the app. So I went and ordered two venti caramel crunch Frappuccinos. When I got them I took a sip and it was awful no sweetness to it at all. Call them and they said they would replace them. Went back picked them up same thing no sweetness at all. I have ordered from there several times before and always got a good one. What a waste of time!!! Will never go back there again!!🤬
Store was very busy this morning. I waited for about 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order but I understood why while I was standing there the team was diligently working to keep up with the amount of orders that were flooding in. Saw a lot of DoorDash orders with multiple drinks piling in and the team was working very hard to keep up. Most may leave a bad review when having to wait but seeing that they truly were trying while being overwhelmed with orders I wanted to leave a positive one. My coffee was freshly made and I appreciate all of their hard work. :)
i love this Starbucks location and the new remodel gives it a great, fresh, modern look! indoor and outdoor seating is available but, unfortunately, there’s no bakery case display anymore so you can’t see any of the food/snacks that are usually esthetically laid out. the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean, good if you’re staying in to study or get work done. the staff is always super sweet- Sam is my favorite barista, always asks how my day’s going and knows my orders. parking’s a little tight since it can be blocked by those going through the drive-through lane but this location is in a large plaza so lots of parking within a very short walking distance.

Excellent staffs, wonderful service!! and as usual awesome, same quality coffee !!! We had gone to this shop while returning from De jones spring!! We were 15, gone as a group, after entering the shop, it started raining, we found few board games in the shop, so decided to play a game until rain stops.. it was fun, we had a good time!!!
Ordered 2 venti brown sugar iced coffees, close to $20 after taxes. Both coffees were missing close to 20% of their possible volume. Someone please explain to me what is the point of ordering a large just to still receive the contents of a medium? Staff behind the counter seemed too busy or preoccupied to address me, so I took the coffee and left. I am extremely disappointed.
I only go to Starbucks out of convenience, the coffee is mediocre and over priced. But typically the service is decent enough to justify it in a pinch. I will not be coming back.
Night Staff was very nice and welcoming when I was inside the store working. Very polite and friendly as well and the store was clean.
