I went in here to get myself and my daughter a nice drink after a ruff day. The girl at the counter LEXI didn't just help with the order, she made what had been a bad day, not as bad! The drinks were great as always, but the service that was given is what will keep me coming back!! Thankyou again so much LEXI, for the kind words and awesome service!!
I order to this Starbucks very frequently. I ordered my drink today with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and it did NOT come with it on the drink. Very disappointed due to the fact you pay extra for this to be on your drink.
Do yourself a favor and give Starbucks at least 3 days to prepare for the holiday drinks. They just ruined my Christmas mood today. Tasted like McDonalds mop water.
On my last visit there, I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato via the mobile app to pick up. As I was driving away, I realized that the Barista didn't put the syrup in my drink 😫. I went back and they were very sorry for the oversight and remade a new drink very quickly. Good service recovery definitely will make me a repeat customer.
Brandi is an absolute delight and asset to any company! She is the only barista that has stood the test of time at this location and the only one that makes my drink correctly. The service that she provides is unmatched and she deserves a raise!
I gave it 3 stars, the drinks were good.
My problem was that what I presumed was the manager. She was adjusting shelves and never noticed I was having a hard time opening the door.
It the managers job to make sure the client is satisfied from the time they enter the time they leave.
Management dropped the ball on this one.
A hot day is not going to stop me from getting the things I need, especially coffee.
This Starbucks is in a great location for Hobbyists and Crafters like me, it's conveniently placed next to Taco Bell and not too far from Jo-Ann fabrics or Hobby Lobby.
With my honey and vanilla iced coffee with half and half, the rest of my day is exactly the way I needed to be.

Got a strawberry refresher that had so so many seeds in it and they wouldn't make a new one. I get that strawberries have seeds but I'm pretty sure they gave me the button of a bucket or box or whatever frozen thing they pull it from. It was gross to drink. I took photos but I'm not sure if I can add them on here.
As usual, my mornings are exactly the way I need them before I go to work.

Little gem of a store that was right up my alley. Many inspiring pieces and ideas. Prices are great. The owner was present, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely visit again. I got this lantern along with a few other fabulous finds.
