Horrible service. Girl who handed me my order called my name and slid my drink right across the counter. She’s lucky I did not take the drink and threw it right across her face because who slides a drink across a counter top. On top of that, the place is filthy and everything is sticky! Not sure who the GM is to this store, but I am embarrassed for them of how nasty their employees are and the store is just as disgusting!

The service here is horrible. The baristas have attitude with you and make the coffees ahead of time when you order through drive thru and your whip cream melt into the coffee before you can have it. I have made a complaint against a particular barista who always give me issues and the district manager has yet to give me a call so your feedback goes nowhere.
This is my local Starbucks, I start my day here. The service here is so slow, even though I order through the app. I’m writing this review today cuz this is like the 4x this week they made my order wrong. I ordered hot beverages but I presented with iced. When the manager is asked about the order she tells everyone with an attitude, “it’s gonna be a second.” This time my order was also made wrong already waited 38minutes, I showed the app and informed thats not what I ordered, the manager said, “well it will be a second, cuz there are other orders ahead of you.”
I hate to do this, specially because I did not even order anything. I dropped of my daughter at the local gym, my plan was to wait for her at this Starbucks while I di some work on my computer, drink coffee and eat breakfast. The issue is that there was no outlets anywhere inside the place…. The most simple thing ever, no outlets…
Love coming to this Starbucks the coworker's are amazing and friendly I enjoy going here. The fact that I'm on a first name bases with everyone here explains that I'm a regular. I do recommend anyone who want's to see friendly an always singing coworker's when you walk in to come to this Starbucks.
THE STUFF DOES'N KNOW THE PRICES. RUDE. VERY SLOW. DO NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY. ADVISE, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, THE STUFF PLACED ON YOUR PURCHASE WRONG MORE EXPENSIVE ITEM AND NEVER APOLOGIES.
Horrible experience here, the lady at the drive through was extremely rude in front of my daughter and when I came inside to address it to the manager she didn’t seem to care much either. I would give 0 stars if I could this is hands down the worst Starbucks/Customer service I’ve ever had in my life. And as a former Starbucks employee it’s sad to see. Overall no kindness/consideration/service I can’t believe this company allows places to run like this.

Under new management. This is a diner, and the people are really friendly. They also are serious about serving good food. While I was there they ran to buy more avocados because the ones they had weren't good enough to serve when they cut into them.
