This is my favorite location because my barista.besties work here! They always put a smile on my face and work fast with attention to detail. I will drive out of my way to go to this location if I'm not already running late. It really is worth it.
I only use the drive thru and I only order hot chocolate. That said: it’s consistent. I have mine at 135 degrees and it’s the perfect temperature. The people at the window are always nice and friendly. They always have nice things to say. Just very professional. This location is near my house, so they are my go to whenever I want hot chocolate. Thanks, guys!
Terrible service. I ordered 10 min before atleast 2 cars in the drive thru. Yet they were given orders another 5-10 min before me. Insane how they do not prioritize orders in the lobby. Then to top it off the order ends up tasting terrible.
What can I say? I LOVE Starbucks!!! I'm a very busy woman so I rarely if ever go inside. Just go thru the drive thru. Thursdays, I make my morning coffee stop here. They are the only place that is open at 5 a.m. for me to have my coffee in the morning. The matcha tea latte, cinnamon dolce latte, and cake pops are my go-to items, but everything else is just as good!
I love the people that work here. They always use my name and are very friendly. Love the refreshers. I have so many favorites.
The product and service are always spot on but as usual the lines are out of bounds. It’s a great problem for them to have however I can’t wait in line that long as our time is limited.
They took an additional 20 minutes preparing my order. By that time my drink was watered down and melted, plus I didn’t even get the extras I paid for in my drink!! The “crispy” grilled cheese sandwich was stale and cold. WORST experience here!!
My wife loves the place. The service is fast most of the times, but there are times when the staff is set on their duties and won’t break away from them to take care of the customer. Order off of the app and when I arrived I still had to wait an additional 30 min before my order was prepared. Just bad timing on my part I suppose.

My two girls have been with Chara since they were about 4 years old. My oldest has taken ballet at the tots level, primary level, and now is in Ballet 1. I am continuously blown away by the patience and kindness from each and every instructor and ass

What should I say. This is by far one of my favorite sandwiches in Houston. Also, I was surprised by their egg rolls. It is crispy outside and unlike others, itâs moist inside. Very nice food overall

I have driven by this place a ton of times and always wanted to stop in. Finally had the chance on Saturday and was glad I did. The food was really good (pretzel and queso was delicious) and the beer selection was great. Will be back.
Locally owned and operated, this is a great place to pop in and pick up what you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you've got a question. They have a little bit of everything, so if you haven't been, GO!
