Starbucks - Coffee shop in Glendale - 2284 Honolulu Ave, USA

I didn’t catch her name, but I noticed this when I got to my car. Thank you to the barista who showed kindness & empathy. Little acts of kindness like this truly makes an impact to those having a rough time. Idk how she knew I needed this but wow what an incredible person. Thank you.

When I am ordering a grande cappuccino I don’t want to get a cup of foam. I want 80% drink and 20% foam in the cup not the opposite. And they are arguing with me instead of making it right. I will go to other stores where they can do it.

Our family had a nice evening visit before Christmas 2021!! We got each boy his own “steamer”. Two pumpkin spice and three vanilla cream. My wife and I shared a hot coffee as we strolled downtown Montrose!!

Had a great experience here! I was welcomed when I entered, the line moved quickly, and the staff was really nice. The drinks came out correctly and tasted great. There was some care put into it. It was also nice to hear the staff address their regulars to make them feel at home by knowing their order and quick small talk.

Great coffee, excellent service by Liam, and Christina.. Indeed is a pleasure having coffee at Starbucks in Montrose. Place is cleaned and sanitized often..

Absolutely horrible experience with Jennifer who is apparently the supervisor. My friends and I were waiting in line and there was a gentleman in front of us ordering. He then got out of line and we thought it was our turn since we did not see Jennifer on the other side. Apparently, she was in line first and when my friend and I walked to the front of the line she yelled at me and said "THERES A LINE!!! YOURE SUPPOSED TO GO AROUND!!!" And jumped in front of my friend and I to order. Also gave horrible attitude and a stank face. Not to mention there was no one else in line. First of all, what supervisor yells at customers?? Rude. Second of all, if you're the supervisor why are you even waiting in line? Just order the drink yourself. It was then our time to order and I asked the employee ringing us up what her deal was he replied, "she's having a long day" lol. I then asked for him for her name and what her position there was. I have never been yelled at by an employee before yet alone a supervisor. If you want to deal with a rude employee that seems like she hates her job stop by here to get yelled at. We came on a Sunday at around 3ish avoid that time.

This is the only Starbucks that doesn't support protecting the environment - all other Starbucks in the Foothills encourage bringing your own mugs. Each one of us can reduce the waste of hundreds and thousands of cups a year.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The baristas are always so friendly and my coffee always tastes so good! I love the location of it as it’s right in the middle of downtown Montrose! Highly recommend :)
