We got poor service. Two of our drinks were not even mixed properly. One guy had his hair in front of his eyes. How the heck can he see. Maybe that's why our drinks were poorly mixed. Where's the manager? Look at the photo I posted. His hair hangs down towards his work and blocks his vision. Why is he so special?

I had a wonderful time. I really don't go to Starbucks but 1/21 I was already in foley and decided to go and order my favorite Frappe. I walked in and Willow welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order I said yes and ordered my Grande Vanilla Bean Frappe. Thank you to the gentleman who made my drink, EVERYONE ROCKS

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years, it’s always busy. Staff is pleasant with consideration of work load. Starbucks corporate should step in and fix this. Waited 50 mins for three iced espressos and an iced latte. 1 was made incorrectly. They actually had a girl there telling people why they are slow instead of expediting
Staff was amazing through the stress of red cup day which I didn't even know it was a thing! I felt bad after cause I didn't know and ordered a holiday drink but they greeted us with smiles and quick service. 10/10
