The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They do a great job greeting you and engaging in conversation as appropriate when ordering. I enjoy coming here. There are numerous tables to sit and work and 2 large cushioned chairs.
35 min for coffee as they were just so busy! The food came out very fast. I am glad the lady told us before we ordered as we were on a strict time frame!
Took over an hour to get my items. Only when one barista saw me sit down, and finally give me my last part of my order she did they realize that I had not gotten my first part of my order. And when I asked if it was still hot after having been sat next to the window, they gave me the excuse, ma’am it was the labeling system, and we apologize for your inconvenience. Horrible service. Do not recommend this store at all.

NOTE: THE WHITE MAN Didn’t order anything; overall; i give the appearance of starbucks restaurant five stars, food preparation time two stars; atmosphere they created one stars; i threw the food away: PLEASE request to REVIEW THE VIDEO YOURSELF… i believe you would agree…
Literally the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And I never changed always 15+ minutes for drive thru pickup. Only reason I keep coming here is because it's the only Starbucks on this side of town
Everybody is always nice when I go in there they’ve even done a remake for me . I usually order on the app but ordered inside today the guy making my drink even had me try it before I left & adjusted it for me . I didn’t see his name but he had long hair & a hat on . Around 2:15 he adjusted the drink for me before I left & everything . I’ve never had such good customer service at any Starbucks & im not from Fayetteville I’m still new here & this Starbucks is the best so far .
The cafe, counter area and prepation area in general were dirty, unkept and cluttered. The wait for one drink was long and the drink was not hot. The selection of pastries were slim and not well identified. Not sure if I'd go back.
I have never had this experience before at Starbucks until now witch makes it very upsetting! I just ordered off Uber eats my food was cold and my drink was watered down. On my breakfast sandwich I ordered no eggs and they still gave it to me. Also you guys should start making the food once the driver gets there so the food will not be cold. This is very unacceptable!

Upon walking in, you get that super calming coffeehouse feel. The attendant there was super kind, patient, and helpful. They serve some amazing coffee here and also offer a rewards program, which you eventually earn a free beverage!
