It's always a pleasure to revisit this location. Even though there has been a couple of times where something was missing from my drink, this place always makes my drink exactly how I order it. This place has a friendly, easy going staff as well. So far, the staff that I have come in contact with have been nothing but nice and understanding no matter what it is that you order. I appreciate this facility and how well they pay attention to your order in detail.
I ordered a mobile order. Came to this Starbucks and there were no other customers. My order was already ready, but I used the restroom first. The bathrooms were clean and the store was neat. When I picked up my order a barista asked why I was taking pictures. I explained for Google reviews and was Informed "they don't like people taking pictures". I have never had this happen in a Starbucks and will not be back at this one. Incredibly rude!
ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!
We went through the drive through. Long line, but they tend to move quickly, so I thought… 22 minutes we were in line before we even got to the window. At the speaker to order we treated our order multiple times. Employee asked us to repeat it multiple times. Saying back the wrong things like they weren’t even listening. Then we get to the window. Employee was in a bad mood. Handed us our stuff and practically insisted we leave a tip. No thank you! Why would I leave a tip for rude service? But wait it gets worse… they hand us our stuff (they have a faded blue men’s hair cut wearing a baseball cap.)This individual wouldn’t even talk to my husband who was in the drivers seat. Found that disrespectful. They shut the window quickly and walked off. They didn’t give us a straw so we waved them down in the window after numerous employees saw us then ignored us. One finally came up to the window, “what’s the problem?!!” With a bad attitude and rude tone to her voice. I was shocked. I responded “I need a straw please” her “what kind?! Big small? What do you want?!” (Again with a rude attitude and tone) me “I have a grande drink” so she handed it to my husband abruptly and slammed the window.
DO NOT GO HERE. I am so absolutely disgusted with this service. STARBUCKS.. what is happening with your stores?!
The past 3 times that I've been to this location, they've not made my drink correctly. Past 3 times in the last 2 weeks! I ask for extra caramel drizzle IN THE CUP, and it even says extra caramel drizzle on the sticker, but they won't even give me any, at all! None! Not even any on top! There's none. ALL THREE TIMES! Once or twice, I understand. But if you guys don't have any caramel drizzle, then let the customer know, at least! Because it was 3 separate days and I don't understand how the exact same mistake happens 3 different times. I'm also paying more for my drink than when I do at other Starbucks who actually make it correctly. Wasn't even given a receipt, either. Why am I paying more for a drink at this location, plus they can't even make it correctly? I guess I won't be back to this one.
I went in around 10 am and ordered a Peppermint White Hot Chocolate. I waited an unreasonably long time and finally received an ICED Peppermint Mocha. I explained this was not what I ordered and they agreed to refund me. I explain that I want a HOT CHOCOLATE, no coffee. After another wait I received a hot Peppermint White Mocha. I left around 10:45 am frustrated. I am always disappointed with this Starbucks and their wait times. I ended up going to the ETSU campus Starbucks. The workers there got my drink to me in less than 5 minutes, free of charge after I explained this hot chocolate fiasco!
Chai latte with soy is on the lighter side. Its not as creamy as what I'm used to and prefer. The holiday bear is so cute. I don't remember seeing it before. Last night I did see the Chinese new year ones on eBay sold in Asian countries. It $9.95. Cute bear for the Xmas tree. I stopped here looking for the Tennessee been there mugs. Decided to start collecting them when I was in Columbia SC 2 weeks ago. I was in Knoxville just this past May... I love TN and decides to make a trip here again. Anyway, this location doesn't have the TN been there mug. My search continues...
Was a 5 star moved to a 2 star.
I avoid going to this Starbucks now. They got some newer workers that just don't work. Girl with the black hair and glasses is more worried about talking to coworkers then making drinks. Consistently very slow and uncaring.
Every time I go they never fill my drink and it’s ridiculous because it is expensive

I come here all the time to get sandwiches and coffee for the guys at work and they love it. The location is clean and theyâre consistent with each cup. Not only are they really nice and accommodating but the food and baked goods are great.

This is great place to get coffee and the service is always amazing. Every time I have went, the staff have always been polite and personable. They also have smoothies and shakes that my kids really enjoy so something for the whole family.
First time trying this place. I loved how friendly the person who took my order was, he chatted with us while the cinnamon brown sugar and the cold pumpkin blondie were being made. The atmosphere was great, and the coffees were delicious. Will defini
First time going and it was a neat experience - we ordered two of their frankenchip Halloween drinks and both were amazing. Plenty of seating, good atmosphere (especially right now with all the Halloween decorations), and it's always nice to support

My favorite coffee shop in JC by far! Vibes are excellent for a study/work spot. Their signature drink, the Blueâs Brew (blueberry white mocha), is fantastic. Their seasonal drink menus are so creative and fun. Love Blueâs!
Always figured starbutts was king of coffee until the service at their establishments became snooty. Now DD is a prime candidate to be the king of coffee. Always I find happy and willing to work folks at DD!
I will never regret taking a single class at NOCA. Not only are the instructors experts in the craft, but they are also some of the nicest and most encouraging people you will ever meet. While the pandemic has affected many local businesses negativel
My bridal dress shopping experience was so amazing here. Hannah's selections were spot-on, and all the dresses were absolutely stunning. Ultimately, I picked the first dress I tried on and I couldn't have been happier with it. I had also gone in with
Isaacs Pools & Spas helped us with a very difficult situation. After another local pool builder started our project in 2021, they left us with a trashed backyard, empty frog pond and a dirt mound next to our house. The construction crew from Isaacs s
Cool spot right off downtown in Johnson city. Dog friendly inside and dog friendly outside thereâs a shaded patio. Bartenders were super friendly and had great service. Several cocktails, their craft beers they make are all delicious. Plenty of spa
This was our first time. We arrived much earlier than our reservation and was still promptly seated. Had several of the menu options, no complaints about any of them. Really enjoyed the environment, which was a suspect considering how close tables we
My favorite venue! The Down Home always feels like home.
Caught a matinee show this past Sunday (Jon Charles Dwyer and Caleb Caudle) and it was absolutely delightful.
Had a really good imperial stout here recently...Visited the food truck Kings of Cajun and really enjoyed the food! The Cajun food with a friend to share with and a beer was the best part of my night! Cajun food is such a social thing and Katie was v
