Every single time I order lately I’ve ended up throwing away my order..usually 2 PSL…(that’s expensive & on 2 I’ve also lost my rewards at 200 each time it’s never made the same….shouldn’t the recipe be consistent the only guarantee I get is if a barista Austin makes them..his drinks are spot on & always taste the same..which they should!!! We come almost every day & it’s always a gamble I live in Navarre & drive here

Did a mobile order for a Venti Americano and a triple grande gingerbread latte. I asked for a small cup of half and half for the VENTI americano. HAZEL hands me the little cup, which had approximately 2 oz at the most. I waited and she went about her orders, finally I said excuse me, could I please get some more half and half, HAZEL looks at me grabs the cup and says "we can only give no more than 4 oz or we have to charge you." 1. I have never EVER been talked to like that or told that "policy" in all the years I have been coming to Starbucks. My husband and I go all the time, and he always gets the exact same thing. 2. HAZEL did not give me anywhere close to 4 oz. 3. CHARGE ME THEN! I have money, so you shouldn't talk to people like they don't. I have NEVER encountered someone so rude at a Starbucks. If you don't like your job, then get a new one. Stop being ugly to people who are trying to have a nice vacation. Edit: went across the bridge to Pensacola and went to the Starbucks on E. Gregory St. Super friendly and gladly gave me a small cup of half and half for the VENTI americano. Just come here.

This caffeine is a helluva drug. Unfortunately today the coffee machine is down. Couldn’t give me an eta on when it would be fixed. A solid recommendation in this scenario would be to atleast put a sign on the door. Does two things for you. Reduces traffic and questions. Better experience given the situation for all. None the less the line was out the door and the cars were pilling onto the road. Slow service…all the foo foo drinks takes extra time..

Good lord do not do a walk in order at this location. There may be zero people in line but they will put the 20 online orders in front of you just to let them sit there for 30 mins. System makes no sense. Figure it out

I love the customer service here! However, never go inside! You will wait 2x longer going inside than you would going through drive thru (no matter how long it is).

Great workers at this location! They really seem to love their job and that made the experience even better.

My husband took our daughter on a date for coffee and ordered decaf. He noticed as it was being made that it didn't look right so he enquired and she responded "oh we don't have decaf" And he said "so, you're making it with no coffee but not telling me?" And she said "we have decaf Espresso shots" to which he responded "use that please" this needs to be done better. I get being out of something etc but come on! At least communicate what's going on. Some people actually want the flavor of coffee and just can't tolerate the caffeine. So disappointing. So frustrating. My daughter had to constantly stir up her way too thick and over iced "coffee" frap. Please do better.
