Stay clear of this location. I have a family member who was forced to come into work by the store manager with a fever. Not low grade, a high fever. Then another time with the stomach flu. The manager does not care about the health of the employees or the customers. I will never order at this location again knowing this now.
The organization is awful. Clerks calling out names and you can not understand. Order was sitting on counter and before we knew it was there it had turned cold.
This is the worse service and I would steer people away from this store until a little more organization is put in place.
Nice location to several hotels including the Main by Hilton in Norfolk. Wasn't as warming as other Starbucks but still did the job. Lost a star for cleanliness, friendly greetings and incorrect order.
Always prepares my drinks exactly as directed. Answers my questions without hesitation. No long wait. Well organized. I would say this location is a great one.
The iced peach green tea and coffee cake are delicious. My household enjoys the pink drink, confetti sugar cookie, and the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap.

Early Morning there are a few guys living on the street but they dont bother you in fact the staff leaves water for them. Great Staff and they get my order right
