This place is an absolute joke!! I come here every morning and deal with Jacob and he's great. This morning I get 2 young girls that are completely disrespectful and accusing me of ordering the wrong drink and it wasn't because they made the wrong drink. I come here everyday and I order the same thing. Not sure why they decided to be so hateful and rude. I will NOT be back!!
Ordered a mobile order of sandwiches and drinks. One drink was made with cold foam the other without, when I asked the girl why she said it's made with oatmilk it just went into the milk... I was right there when it was made never had cold foam on it, as well as the proper pumps not in it as well because it had ZERO flavor. I didn't ask for anything crazy I ordered it as it came and the girl was snoody about it. Not a fan of this location.
They need a timer for counter orders too. They are running a drive thru timer and have everyone working on drive thru orders - however if you order at the counter you can wait over 15 minutes for a simple hot chocolate while there is a line of drinks waiting at the drive thru window. I'll skip this location in the future at all costs.
Great store, only problem is the parking lot. It should be a one way only. The drive through can be quite annoying. When you drive around the build the intended direction only to have multiple people cut in front of you it's frustrating. I know I can't be the only one.
Just passing through, was a great visit. Customer service was great. Cleaniness of the Starbucks was very good. Also I got the pork shoulder sandwich it was made perfectly. You can tell the staff cares about quality.

This Starbucks only prioritizes drive thru orders. We came in the store to place an order for 3 coffees - not only did it take at around 10 minutes for any of the multiple employees to even acknowledge we were standing at the register, we easily watched a dozencars place orders after us and get their orders first.
