This place has a small parking and drive through. Two toilets with password 1 2 3 4 5. Very friendly stuff. They was out of matcha 🍵 drink but they offered me another drink and before buying the gave me to try it. They said if don’t like it we can make a new drink or refund your money. It was very nice. I feel they really care about me. I love it ❤️
The staff is ok. The drinks are overpriced. Iced coffee was 50% ice. Every deli and bakery in the area has better for cheaper.
Terrible location for a Starbucks. The parking lot is super small and always a mess. After squeezing through just to leave without going inside, I will never visit this location ever again. They should have an employee go outside to regulate the congestion or traffic flow.
This one's not bad it's just because of the drive-through I feel like the service could be better one thing I do like they do close late and it gives me time to get a coffee so late at night
Kenny has no regards for customers that are waiting...he keeps taking new orders while our coffees keep sitting there awaiting sugar on the side, getting cold.
Twice you do that to me on$25 orders, now deal with this review...
Evertime I get hot coffee they give me cold coffee stayle and charged 4.00 no wonder starbucks coffee stock are down lost millions
I usually go to the Franklin Square location. I went to the optimum store and decided to use the drive thru and I am soo disappointed. FS makes TGE BEST tasting drinks. My drink is milked down with no taste! FS drinks are rich and delicious! I was better off getting a frappe from McDonald's.
I didn't have to wait long service was really good.

This place is amazing! Best Lebanese food and the only place you can get raw kibbe on Long Island. We ordered about half of the menu and every single dish was just delicious. The ownerâs a really nice guy too!
I love this place. I am surprised I haven't reviewed this place earlier. They have the best poke bowls. You can put whatever you want in it. I am obsessed with the sweet chili mayo. The staff is so friendly and food is always fresh, but quick service

I had an amazing experience as I was shopping. My favorite part was going to the Bakery. There was a lady who was the manager of the bakery. Her name is Trinity. And also there was a guy who worked there and his name is Deon. They were both very nice
