Just Remodeled! Nice, light and bright. But with the remodel they took a lot of space for more storage. Order was quick, had 8 people working behind the counter. Never seen that many in there before. I hope they will keep this staffing level up at this location.
Usual quality coffee and food this visit (yummy). Several barefoot patrons though (what's up with THAT?). Seemed like it took a lot longer than normal for food part of order to be completed - like 5 minutes after drinks were put on the counter.
Parking a little tight. Wheelchair access available too.
I will say this is the slowest star bucks iv ever been to they have more workers in this location then other and still so slow also they can not handle specifics in your order I'm lactose sensitive to milk I always ask for oatmilk and always end up with regular mike in it I'd rather drive down the hill for coffee
Place has always been great for me. The reason I'm posting is because I sat in there for 5 minutes and watched what I believe is the manager, Steven or Stephon while he paraded around the front customer seating area, to what I can only describe as making himself the center of attention. The funniest part is he couldn't stop talking, but doesn't even acknowledge me sitting waiting to place my order, he continues to have his employees take his order, and even comp him a free coffee all as I'm waiting in line with him as the only "customer" there.
This normally isn't a big deal, however seeing how it looks like he's the manager or possibly general manager of this branch I thought it was an extremely inappropriate environment for customers. Anyways Steven I hope you learn better customer service and how a buisness should be presented to the public
I lost my wallet here, a Good Samaritan turned it in and the staff kept it safe and got it back to me. This place is always friendly and kind, which is why one of their customers was so good and turned in my wallet. Thank you all!

This locations just does not seem to be able to get it together. I have been to this ramona location over 6 times, since it is now the closest one to me since I've moved here. And EVERY single time they mess up my drink! Even when I've asked for it to be remade, it still isn't correct. I order a rather pricey drink, so at the very least you could be sure to put it all the extras I was charged for.
The staff at this location are awesome! They have the greatest personalities and their customer service is on point! My drink came exactly as I ordered it & nothing missed. I don't mind waiting in line here at the drive-thru because it is always a pleasant experience. I cannot rate the food at this location because I have never gotten anything to eat, but I'm sure it is as good as the coffee.
