Everything about this store is 💯 the only thing is that at night like around 6pm-close it slows very bad. Wish they can put people who can move the line quick. We waited almost 16min almost 20min. Other than that this store is the best I love the workers they just have to speed it up..

I stopped into Kroger and needed something cold to drink. The Starbucks is in the front of the store. Don't let the size fool you.. It is a small store but they can make all of your favorites. The young man at the counter was quick to take my order and to make my drink. He was very friendly and efficient. The next time you need to shop for groceries, grab an iced coffee first. You'll be glad you did!

This place is expensive, as are all Starbucks, but the service is ridiculously slow. Plan on waiting 15-30 minutes just for a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly-ish; they are very busy and seem to not care. My order is often wrong, but when it's right, I enjoy it.

This Starbux is closest to my home so I do go there sometimes. The drinks and food are always made well. The staff is super nice. The only issue is it takes forever to get my order. The location by my job has a higher volume but is much faster. Other than that this one is fine.

Took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a white hot chocolate. it wasn’t really that busy inside, but they are either understaffed or undertrained. Also, it was really messy inside. Looks like they need to sweep and mop, and wipe tables down.

the last probably 10 times I’ve been to this location after placing an online order none of my drinks were ready and it took over 25 minutes after the latest time stated for them to provide my drinks to me. They are understaffed and need help. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make a single drink.

It is a wonderful stop with my girls. They love finding hidden menu drinks which makes it a fun experience. Their fall drinks are fun and unbelievably good, their pumpkin spice latte is an experience in itself. It is not a daily thing but definitely a great once in a while treat. Their staff has always been helpful and friendly. Their lemon pound cake and pumpkin scones are unbelievable. They also will give your dog a wonderful pup cup

Staff your store on the weekends. If you can't close the place down. Door dashers are trying to make you money and waiting over 15 minutes for an order kills our hourly rate. The employees were hustling for the most part at least it's just painfully understaffed for the huge crowds on weekends. It ain't rocket science folks. For what you charge paying employees a decent wage shouldn't be a problem Bet you get more employment apps than fast food joints as well.
