Starbucks - Coffee shop in Milwaukee - 2950 S Chase Ave, USA

I love stopping in at the Starbucks there inside this Chase Ave. location Target 🎯 store. It’s just awesome to have it be so convenient for me to not have to stop somewhere else prior to coming to the store to get a drink. I love that I can save time and right when I walk inside I can get my favorite drink to sip on while I shop!! 😋🥤🛒 🛍️

My fiancé and I came here a few weeks ago while shopping in the store. Our drinks were made incorrectly and tasted horrible! The chocolate cream in my cold brew was very light in color, not the brown color that it normally is. The staff working that day weren't friendly when our order was placed so I didn't feel like bringing the drinks back would've resolved anything other than make me upset so I skipped it altogether. We ended up throwing our drinks in the trash where it belonged.

Service was great and the drinks were very tasty 😋

I was placing an order and I told her I wanted an iced espresso and she grabbed a hot cup and I just told her nicely oh no it’s supposed to be iced and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and said ok…as if I said something wrong. Her whole attitude is just rude. I think her name was Margaret. She shouldn’t be rolling her eyes and huffing at customers just cause she’s not in a good mood.

Baristas are awful here. They have attitudes and clearly do not like their jobs. They give you attitude for asking simple questions. And supposedly they cant scan your QR code from your phone to get stars or use stars because “the equipment is to old”. Lies. I was there a few ago and the lady was able to scan my phone just fine.

Came into target and saw they were open. Went about shopping and after checking out the barista told me that she had to re-stock and that they werent taking orders when I said how long it would be she didn’t give me an estimated time she just said “idk”. I proceed to wait for her to restock, one hour and a half later and she yells at us from across the bar to the waiting area “you can order now” very rudely. Not the kind of service I’m used to at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Shoutout to Morgan the worker for taking the time to ask me how my day was and offering me ice water. My day was horrible but that ice water was wonderful! Thank you for caring! 💜 I appreciated it. Thank you. The mom.

I visit this Starbucks often as it's located in the Target closest to my house. They desperately need to hire more staff. It's usually only one poor barista holding down the fort and the speed of service (slow AF) reflects this. I don't blame the baristas, as corporate should be staffing the place properly (this is not Pandemic Problem either, as this has been a problem for YEARS). They're also frequently out of... Everything. You need your order and two possible backups when ordering because they'll probably say they don't have the actually thing you want. Again, a corporate/management problem. But, overall, I'd avoid the place if it wasn't in Target. It's convenience is basically it's singular saving grace.
