Starbucks - Coffee shop in Pleasant Hill - 552 Contra Costa Blvd, USA

My son and I went to get a coffee. We had the nicest young man help us, so pleasant. A caffeine lover, too! The coffees turned out really good. We didn't get food, so we can't rate it.

What great joy at my local starbs this morning. I think the baristas name was Casey that was so lively and cheerful as early as 7 am. I noticed they greeted a customer walking in by name - as a service industry professional the whole vibe made my morning. Thanks yall! 👏👏

They are trying very hard to keep the shopping experience safe for both customers and employees while still keeping a high level of energy. Although it’s miserable to order through masks and to stand in specific zones after ordering, I appreciate the effort Starbucks and this store is doing to properly do business during the Pandemic. My coffee and food were served as expected and I’ll certainly come back when I’m in the neighborhood.

I come here a lot and never had any issues before. Usually there's about 5 to 10 minutes wait but yesterday I went and picked up my order and my coffee were cold. I asked the male barista to remake it for me but his response was rude and aggressive towards me. Stating "if you're picking it up an hour later of course it's going to be cold that's what drinks do" and walked away. I was flabbergasted with his attitude because normally they would just remake it no problem, so I asked him what was his name and he kept walking away towards the back of the house while ignoring me. I then asked two of his coworkers a male and a female who were just standing there to see if I can get his name and they both did not give me his name but the male coworker stated "I can just remake it for you." So what was the problem then if you can just remake it? It's the worst experience I've had with Starbucks ever. I gave zero star because as a customer they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. He should not be working there with that negative attitude and will definitely address this issue with his superior.

Had 50's; order would have been 10 with tip. They said they needed to keep change for the day so would not take the bill. If I would have used my cc it would have asked for a tip( as in for service); sence they choose to pass on payment; I will pass on starbucks.

What's the point of ordering via mobile when I have to wait 15 mins upon pickup? Never stopping by here again!!!

Place is garbage slow a** workers they take forever to make a dam drink. By far the worst starbucks in this area.

Ordered a Venti coldbrew with a SPLASH of cream and the entire drink comes out as if they dumped cream into it. They definitely do not pay attention to drink order details from the mobile app.
