The tall curly haired guy that took our order was amazing! He was so friendly and patient with us. He even helped us with suggestions to make our drinks yummier. Glad we chose to stop by.

Unfortunately this is the Starbucks on my way to work. I have had to request a do over on my drink 3 times now because they were watery and disgusting. Today was the last straw for me. I requested a do over because the cold brew was so watery and disgusting. I got the new drink and it was the same. I’d recommend buying STOKS from the store. You can honestly make it yourself and it tastes waaaay better.

It is the first time, apparently, that they went out of their way to disappoint me, I ordered a Vt caramel macchiato with an extra coffee and what they gave me was painted water with milk and coffee (no extra). At home I make better coffee, total disappointment of this particular franchise, the worst $6.99 I have ever spent

Overall just a weird atmosphere. And there's no customer service. They're just rude and standoff-ish, unless they wanna stand around and just talk.they will literally stop their convo and walk away from you before they would just let you know someone would help in a second.

Ordered a cold brew with salted Carmel foam and received half a coffe, no ice, and flavorless cream. I know this is a simple drink but it was ready as soon as I got to the window, along with the utter lack of flavor, makes me think it had been sitting there from a previous order. I was in a hurry and wasn't able to wait for it to be fixed. I ended up throwing it out it tasted so bad. I also wasn't able to use my rewards on this transaction, the lady was going to have to void it and redo the whole thing.

I'm so glad they're open again. They have matcha at this store, but I recommend against it. All you taste is classic syrup. Will definitely be trying something different next time I go. Had my return visit and got a white mocha frappiccino. Tastes much better. You guys are great.

My choice at Starburnts during such occasions is to opt for a tea. It's the only safe bet in terms of both taste and price. It provides a comforting and reasonable option that complements the atmosphere when you're simply looking for a relaxed late-night gathering with friends. In summary, Starburnts may not be my first choice for coffee or deli items, but it does have its moments. When you're seeking a laid-back place to unwind with friends on a busy night, a cup of tea from their menu is a dependable and budget-friendly option.
