Excellent drinks fast service had three people in front of me we all had are drinks in two minutes
Lived across the street for almost two years. My food and beverages, even when modified, have always been delivered timely and accurately. Seems like in the past 6 months there has been a change in staffing and management, everyone seems stressed and defeated, store isn't as clean, different vibe.
This is usually my favorite Starbucks to sit and work at in town, but the last couple times I've been in, the music has been aggressively loud. Can clearly hear it over noise cancelling headphones with my own music playing loud. I'd really love to continue having this be my go to spot, but it's looking like I might have to make a change. The food and service at this location is always amazing.
Wanted to pay for lady in line behind me at drive thru and asked drive thru employee. He was super rude, acted like it was a major inconvenience to himself and I thought he even rolled his eyes. He’s always been curt with people and I never said anything, but he was extra rude this day. Wouldn’t let me finish my sentences even at the speaker, constantly cut me off and spoke over me. Closed window in my face before I could even respond. Atmosphere of all employees is unprofessional (no manners, poorly trained, getting drinks wrong always) and will not be going there again.
Knowledgeable and genuinely nice staff, excellent and incredibly fast service even when they are busy. I'm often offered a water if I'm waiting at the window, and I've even been offered my order on the house on multiple occasions.
Do not go to this Starbucks. I have never been treated so rudely by fast food workers.
After eleven minutes in line for a mobile pick up order, this was the conversation that ensued:
"May I ask what is the reason for an eleven minute wait in line?"
"I'm showing that it's only been seven minutes"
"Actually, no, by my timer I count eleven." (Why it matters whether it's seven or eleven for something that should only take two to three...)
"Well a lady needed her sandwich remade."
"Yes but that's no reason for an eleven minute wait for a pickup order..."
(Gets her 'manager')
"Honestly what is the reason for waiting eleven minutes in line?" (Still very polite)
"We're short-staffed" (Which any business owner knows is the worst excuse a manager could give, and the worst one a customer could hear.)
"Really-- that's your excuse?"
"What do you want? people don't want to come to work!"
"Yes but eleven minutes? I've never waited eleven minutes in line at a Starbucks in my life."
"I'm not a robot I'm only one person."
" 'I'm not a robot, I'm only one person'??? Um, got it."
"HAVE A NICE DA-AAY!!!" In that obviously snarky-sarcastic teenager tone- we all know the one. The one where the words say 'have a nice day' but the tone says .... 'go fornicate yourself'.
At no point did they apologize for the wait that I experienced. At no point did they offer any sort of compensation or remake of my drink for the time spent waiting. The truth of the matter is that I was in line at 10:34 and waited at least three or four minutes before being served at the order screen- but I had already placed a mobile order, this was just to pick up! I did not receive my order and leave the line until 10:47, and that was only about a thirty to forty second conversation with the 'manager' and cashier.
Do not visit this Starbucks. This was my first and last time- I have never been treated so rudely for simply asking the reason for my wait. At eleven minutes's wait, you should expect at least one consumer would want to know the reason for such a ridiculous amount of time relative to the task (picking up a latte)... I have never been treated so rudely by a fast food service worker, period. I will be following this up with Starbucks Corporate.
Please train your folks properly. I ordered soy milk because I am highly allergic to regular milk. She tried to pour soy milk into a dirty milk pitcher. And then she tried to put the soy container underneath a dirty milk steamer. This would make me very sick. She also added five pumps of chai to a grande chai latte. Three pumps are all necessary. I don't like to complain but I do like consistency and I don't like to get sick
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is so weary. I ordered a bunch of food for my kid along with my coffee. The barista gave 1 coffee and just forgot about our food. I went to checkin after 10 - 15 mins of waiting. She just said oh ya I forgot will get it now. Like it’s their only job to serve orders. How can they forget ? And even after that, she took her own sweet time to warm up and serve the food.
Also the tables and floor are very untidy .. even the bathrooms are not clean as well.
I had checked out the new cafe in downtown my friends were raving about. I ordered the Brown Sugar Latte w/ Boba, topped w/ cheese foam (2nd photo) & boy it was great! ð§ It was so good I had to get more for me & my baby. They have this cute & uniq

I have tried 2 branches of MOTW in the last 4 days and I can safely say their standards and consistency are the same across any branch. Locally owned by owner Sajjad - his mission is coffee with a purpose to change the perceptions of Muslims one step

Stopped in for my first hot yoga class in years. I had a great experience and look forward to coming back. The Sunday am class was not so packed to where you were on top of each other like some other studios. I loved the studio and the playlist! It w
