I come to this Starbucks about 3 times a month, and it gets me mad that they never put extra caramel on my frappuccino after I ask them so many times. But Today they did, FINALLY. So I'm giving them 5 stars. Next time if I don't get caramel I'm going to leave it at 1 star.

Purchased a large hot chocolate mocha coffee at 2:58:32 pm and the cup had more foam than coffee.
Staff are friendly, orders usually prepared correctly. 4 stars because the driver through line can be s long wait at times. I definitely will be back 👍
Just drove by their drive-thru...such such nice staff, polite and patient. Ordered a cafe mocha frapp and woah, it's been a big while that I received a well done with the right amount of ice, not liquid and the flavor was perfect! Hats off to that barista!
Worst Starbucks ever! They have the worst customer service and you wait for ever to get a drink order messed up! I did a mobile order for 2 same drinks and once I pulled up to the window one of my drinks was different than the other and when I let the cashier know she asked me to park in the front. 10 mins later and I was still parked waiting, had to walk inside and get my drinks which had been sitting there for a while now. Ice all melted. And the lobby was not even busy at all. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE IN A LIMITED TIME FRAME.
A truly unique place in the United States that gives you a feeling of being in the deserts of Arabia or Egypt except for the annoying Dune buggies which apparently have rights to be there. But it's still somewhat of a dangerous situation.
