The Starbucks that is located inside Target is by far the best Starbucks in Laredo. They are quick, friendly, they always have everything stocked and they get our orders right. We go out of it way when we can to go to this location. They’re awesome!
After waiting for 30 minutes, they refused to make me a vente brewed decaf. Slow service and rude and unclean.

Ordered a Vanilla green tea latte with other additives, the drink was fine but the barista added way too much ice almost to the rim. I payed 8 bucks for 5 sips of product very unhappy with the experience.
"Excuse me that my order" I sat and waited for my Name/order, I noticed an older couple standing next to bar, my order was up and they immediately grabbed it, Excuse me!, the man just said they had same order in Spanish, I double checked order, and confirmed just shaking my head at what was happening, but as I walked by again I noticed the couple were receiving coffee, how could you not know your drink, it was obvious! I say staff have customers sit and wait for their order, and look out for these people.
Great coffee, teas, fraps. What's great also is that you can request a specific drink, tailored to what you want ^.^ just be careful because some employees make faces when you request for something like that

Good atmosphere and decent food. For those who don't want to eat at large almost fast-food like chains and prefer small traditional restaurants, in my opinion this is a good place.
