Starbucks - Coffee shop in Valley Park - 922 Meramec Station Rd, USA

Finally getting a morning to myself ~ I was running errands, grabbing last minute stocking stuffers, and still needing to put in a few hours work online... I found myself at 141 & 44. Monda greeted with a smile and took my order: Vanilla latte & Gruyère egg bites. Heather called (didn't shout - didn't scream) my name and served up latte perfection. If you are looking for Starbucks consistency, but enjoy service you'd typically only get at a hometown coffee shop ... then this location is for you !!

I ordered a venti shaken espresso and I’m pretty sure the espresso was left out, or not enough shots were put into the drink. It tasted like sweet milk and I couldn’t even go back to exchange because the inside was closed and the line was too long. There also was so much ice that I likely got the amount of a grande. Disappointed that I paid $8 for this.

Friendly staff but totally overwhelmed. There were boxes unopened everywhere. Looked cluttered, not what I am used to from any Starbucks location. Definitely lack available staff. They did the best they could to serve drive-through and walk in patrons. Several people walked back out after seeing the caos. "Loss of revenue " I waited 20+ min to get my drink. Through it all the staff stayed friendly and did their best. Where was management to help out?? 2⭐️⭐️ stars only because of poor management!

I’m sure if I were to arrive at a time this location was open the coffee would be typical Starbucks good. To be honest, I rarely get Starbucks and due to this location not updating their hours of operation for months on end, I’ve gotten it even less than usual. Twice now I have checked the hours of operation for this location and seeing it was ‘open’ driven over only to find it closed. I get it if your hours need to change for a few days, so you just put up a piece of paper on the door, but it’s been MONTHS and I’ve wasted my time and gasoline twice coming here only to find the drive thru blocked off and the door locked. Please, update your hours!

Everytime I come in the staff is always so welcoming, and friendly. They are great at remembering your name, or your go to drinks. I can't remember who recommended it, but my favorite drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Vanilla sweet cream foam.

3:45 on Sunday afternoon, sat at the speaker in the drive through for over ten minutes. When I said “hello” someone said they would be with me in a minute. I waited another ten minutes before driving up to the window and didn’t see anyone. Unbelievable. This is disrespectful to customers. I won’t risk wasting 20 minutes here ever again.

I got A venti caramel ribbon crunch frappucino and it was just ICE no taste whatsoever , i had to throw it away , thats how bad it was. Not returning to this location.

Walked from our neighboring hotel and this local Starbucks was only running drive-thru. If we had a car wouldn't have been a non issue. The major disappointment came after we were told we couldn't walk through the drive up. Not an ideal situation but a man needs his coffee and this place failed me
