Love the staff here they are all super friendly and have offered great recommendation for replacing my raspberry syrup that has been discontinued. I put 4 stars on the food only because I had one of the sandwiches with spinach mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes sounded amazing and it was sooooo not worth the money simply because half of it didn't have anything on it I had to rip it apart and spread it out myself. That's not really on the store though.
Went through the drive thru around 4:40pm- the lady taking our order rushed us by saying “what else” “what else” before we could even finish speaking .. none the less she had the order wrong .. when she went to remake it- there was coffee running down the outside of the cup while handing it to me .. I took it - but then drove around, went inside and then asked for a refund because it was suppose to be a hot drink and it was not hot at all. And was a sticky mess on the outside of the cup. They don’t give receipts - and didn’t even attempt to retrieve my receipt - so the refund they issued was less than what I paid for the drink.. obviously I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. Not sure how you can refund something without even checking to see what the price of the item was
I made a game called drink roulette because even though I order the same cold brew it tastes different almost everytime.
Great service, and swear its the one that has the best drinks.
This location is very quiet, it has few tables, employees are nice, I ordered matcha tea and some Magdalena's cookies.

It was very busy so I don't blame the employees for rushing thru my order. However my drink was lacking that Starbucks Wonder and looked like it had been sitting out for awhile!

I have been to 6 other Dutch Bros and this one had the absolute best and friendliest service. The drinks were made right and the line went smoothly. I will come back to this location again when passing through Turlock.
Stopped by here on my way to the bay and I'm glad I did. Had a latte, crepe and wet burrito. All were great and service was excellent. Worth a stop whether for coffee, food or both!
