I love this SB location and the barristers. During my morning coffee the barristers here are always kind and considerate, and they always make my morning. I went to the 8001 University St. Starbucks location on a detour and it was a rude awakening the difference in service.
They normally do really well, but lately, the coffee has been tasting like watered-down coffee, and I've been ordering venti caffe Americano no ice with whipped cream. Well, today I ordered my normal on the app, and this is what I got. I'm going to move on from this location and go local. This is ridiculous. I order a coffee almost every day from this location. I'm done. My son picked up my order, so I wasn't there to say anything.
Warm and friendly service. Seating is cumbersome due to the furniture used, which is somewhat blocky and forces patrons to share with strangers in the middle of the area.

I’m a long time Starbucks fan and I’ve been to many, many Starbucks stores across Texas and other states; but I have to say, this is hands down the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are genuinely friendly, the drive through service exceeds my expectations of a convenient, speedy drive through. My orders were accurate and as always my coffee and bagel tasted amazing. Kudos to the Starbucks Baristas at this store; you guys are rocking it - Thank You!!!!!!

Oh my gosh these people turn out some amazing bbq. Before ordering we checked out their smokers. The pit boss happened to be manning the smoker while we took pictures. He opened one door and checked on the many cuts of meat by just squeezing them.
