Starbucks - Coffee shop in Wall Township - 1919 NJ-35, USA

Starbucks, Wall, NJ is my favorite location! I’ve been to Neptune, Princeton, Sea Girt, and Robbinsville locations (and Scranton, PA) and none of them compare to the Wall Starbucks employees, hands down. I walk in, they always greet me, know my name, and beverage order to a T! There are many days when I go just to see them as they are cheerful and uplifting. The vibe is warm, chill, & inviting. It’s immaculate & someone is always cleaning. No lie. They KNOW what they’re doing & work well together, unlike other locations I’ve been to. Told me order ahead. I order my coffee whenever i am ready if you aren’t ready for my coffee i wait. Do not tell me what to do when to order. You girl who has nose piercing, be careful what to say to customers and you have no right to say anything. Just make coffees for Starbucks customers next time Rook coffee so much better anyway

Well The one in Wall Staff is awesome!!! Neptune / Ocean Meh could you improvement. I liked the previous staff when they moved to that end location..now Meh Sucks that they have the biggest and nicer location. I remember before they moved there it was a closet smaller than the rest.( That's how long) Sea girt is Small I like the back room very nice to sit and chat but still small. Eatontown too busy in the AM so much just sitting there..but they do keep up with orders.. it's the people ordering that delay everyone. You sit in a line for 10mins you should know what you are getting and pleas if paying by cash..have your money ready..you had 10mins The one Actually in Ocean hate the way you come into the parking lot and it's a small parking lot. They are friendly it's clean still small. A bigger location would be nice even if they have been there for years. A new location would be great..plenty of things being built nearby.wait Starbucks at the Grove Shrewsbury?. Still small and busy but they are very organized and fast with very very very few mistakes. But a bigger location would be great. Fordham road in the Bronx..Awful Drinks are watery and tons of stuff are left on the side all icky and too crowded. Woodbury/West nyack at premium outlets. Need bigger space. It gets packed in there and employees should not be monitoring a line outside of who goes in ..get a bigger space. That's all I think. Kiosks like target..Barnes Noble are not worth mentioning. They are what they are. Hope this helps. The 5stars are only for Wall/Ocean (not rt 66 Ocean Neptune) Eatontown/ Shrewsbury / Sea Girt...in that order.

First off the quality at this location is rarely an issue for me personally. Orders have always been correct and the drinks hot and fresh. However, my main issue is with how they treat you if you order through the app and pickup at the drive-thru. With most places, you can place the order, and within a few minutes be able to pick up no problem. If you order too soon to pick up, you're practically yelled at for coming too early. So I try to put the order in early only to find a long line and have my stuff sit there by the time I receive it only for it to get cold but get there too early and you're their inconvenience. Literally the absolute worst ordering and queuing system in the business

Shout out to the staff of ROCKSTARS here. I just came here off a 2 hour road trip for a business meeting. The young staff working here (especially Chris) were 100% professional, kind and uplifting. Their energy was positive and I thank them for making our stay and experience lovely. Well done Starbucks you have a bunch of young talent here. This Starbucks has gone way down in quality and service. The barista's need to learn consistency and quality standards. I even called to check discuss the issue with management. Hung up on. Long time customer... last time.

This is a standard Starbucks, but the service here is outstanding.

Great Starbucks all around however some covid measures still haven’t been restored to pre-covid era such as allowing customers to add their own cream from the containers. This isn’t doing much of anything at all to protect public health and is probably more of a nuisance to the very same public. Additional sustainability measures on top of this such as stirrers only being available upon request can have you running back and forth to the barista like a dummy or having to stir with things like plastic straws (enjoy those while they last) or whatever else might be available. To say that these efforts will have even a negligible impact on the environment is an overstatement to say the least. If they did I might support them, but they don’t. Perhaps next they’ll start flicking the lights off a few times an hour to save on electricity (please don’t do this). In any event, limiting access to basic coffee supplies somewhat inhibits the famed customer experience that the company has worked so hard on to develop over the years, all in the name of ESG and some virtue signaling. The coffee is good though.
