Nice experience overall, very convenient location with easy access. The staff is profesional, the service is good.

I have been working remotely at this establishment and I can say that I have been given the best service throughout the past 2 months here. The employees are wonderful, caring and overall bring a beautiful energy in this place. I can't tell if it is the coffee or the people that bring me the most joy here. I have been going through a hard time personally and just being given the upmost attention and attentive for my needs really shows the incredible service that one gets when they visit this Starbucks.

Staff are pleasant and productive. I enjoy the latte. I watched the barrister stop pouring the mix while the foam had not filled the cup...I would have preferred a full cup...The foam collapsed by the time I walked to my vehicle n latte was down an inch. Maybe she was trying to avoid spillage?

I do not live close to the Starbucks, but I wish I did. I went here to kill some time before my work shift and I got a coffee and I was greeted with good mornings as soon as I walked in the door. And as I was leaving, the young lady, handing out the drinks notice she had two of the same name which was mine and another guy and just made it funny for both of us to grab our drinks at the same time. As I was leaving everyone I came in contact with said, have a good day with a smile. It was just nice to see people. Enjoy their job and are just genuinely nice people. It makes for such a better start to the day. I wish I was closer so I can make this my Starbucks. Cheers!

Waited over 20 minutes for my drink....was sitting right near where the "to go" drinks are... several people bombarding the baristas about their order. The barista rudely replied with a loud annoucnement "your names will be called as your drinks come out.....i wasnt one of the people pestering him...so i waited...and waited...until i noticed a small drink all the way alkost the corner, barely visible. The batista had put my drink all the way into that corner where you can't really see it. Didn't call my name. Now I'm driving home with a lukewarm coffee! Really really frustrated.

Stopped by on a road trip, but I regret it. Ordered an iced Mocha and a Berry Trio (a cup of yoghurt, granola and fruit). The granola in the Berry Trio was wet from some nameless fluid, something I have never encountered in many years of eating them. I approached the counter in a pause between other customers and was told that "honestly, that just happens sometimes in packaging". Perhaps that is true, although my first experience of it and it makes the item unacceptable. Refund? No. Offer of refund? No. A sloppy shoddy operation without much clue to customer relations (although maybe things are different for locals...?). Also my drink is more like a sweet latte than a mocha. Thumbs down.

The service at this Starbucks was awesome! Katie was so cool and chatted with us about tattoos, overall lovely experience :)

Friendly staff, coffee is the expected great level of service from Starbucks so all the typical flavors are great. Lost one star here for having limited seating options. A few times I was planning to hang out and enjoy my coffee but most of the seating was taken. (Because there’s not enough) and so we needed to leave :( and enjoy elsewhere.
