Starbucks - Coffee shop in Claremore - 1100 S Lynn Riggs Blvd, USA

I have to give a huge shout out to a wonderful employee at your store, who took care of me at the drive-thru window today. Her name is JoEllen....she called herself JoJo. She was absolutely amazing! She was funny, friendly, energetic and so positive. What a huge asset to your store. It's always great to be greeted with a beautiful smile. Oh, and the coffee was delicious.

They have some work to do. The atmosphere is sterile, which is unusual for a Starbucks. The service was not the usual efficiency you would come to expect. The food, other than the ever shrinking size of the muffins, was good.

Gage just saved me! My iPad died while I was enjoying my time at this Starbucks and I asked Gage if anyone had a USBC cord and a block so I could charge my iPad. He spent the next 3-5 min getting me what I need. Not all heroes wear capes.

Starbucks in Claremore majority of the time is great. Today however, they messed up my drink 3 times and then the rude manager said it was my fault. I order the same thing everyday…. Maybe listen to your customers and not be hateful.

I've been in quite a bit this week and i don't think I've had ONE correct order!? I get a vinilla latte with 7 pumps vinilla hot and a venti strawberry and cream. First day i got a strawberry acie lemonade thing. Second time they gave me a iced latte, i told them they "fixed it" i got a CHAI tea with oat milk?!! The next time I get a small strawberry and cream instead of the venti i ordered. Today I got frozen lemonade thing and it looked like this??? I literally took this in the parking lot

This is the only Starbucks in Claremore, but it handles the heavy traffic very well. The staff are always polite and friendly, and the coffee is reliably consistent. I come here a few times a week and I'm always happy with my order!

Unfortunately, this Starbucks has really gone downhill. The wait times are insanely long. While waiting on my order last week, the barista smelled the cream foam that had been sitting out on the counter for who knows how long and was like ‘it smells okay’.

Mobile ordered received with everything I wanted employees were attentive I also wanted Two pup Cups. Location was nice and clean even the Rest rooms
