Starbucks - Coffee shop in Irving - 8450 N Belt Line Rd, USA

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT PLASTIC IN YOUR DRINK. Ordered in the app and went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks one for me and one for my husband. My husband drinks his White Mocha Frappe halfway and noticed plastic in his mouth. We went back to let them know and asked to speak to a manager. Someone who claimed to be a manager was very rude and unprofessional after she realized she made the drink and took the drink and threw it in the trash. Something had broken or something clearly happened that she was aware of. Then continues to ask us to get out the store because we were broke people looking for a free drink. Only if she knew…. She said her name is FHA thought that’s a loan you get for your house. Then threatens us to call the police because we asked for our drink back after she threw in it the trash and continues to say I am not digging in the trash to get that drink and then says to come on Monday to talk to the store manager. I called the police because I guess she thought we will get scared and run away if she mentions police. While we are waiting she tells us if we want to wait inside the store then SHUT UP or we can wait outside for the police. I thought you had to have certain qualifications to be a manager. Once the police were called the other 2 girls that were there they took out the trash that had the drink out. This is the worst experience I have had at Starbucks. This so called manager should get fired.

Convenient location. Plenty of indoor and outside seating with shade. Umbrellas provide a nice shade from the sun. This location also has a drive-thru. The overall cafe looked clean. The coffee and food choices and quality is what you would expect at any Starbucks. You can also pickup a souvenir Dallas mug.

This was our first visit at this Starbucks. Everything went smoothly. We ordered a chilled blonde at the drive-through. A couple of minutes later a pleasant team member handed it to us. The coffee was prepared exactly as we requested. This roast was introduced in 2017 as the first light-roasted espresso for customers who wanted a smooth beverage but with a sweet finish.

I paid with the app and was supposed to get my 50% discount on Thursday and the cashier doesn’t apply the discount. I called and they were terrible she was talking over me on the phone. Saying I’m supposed to tell her. WELL NO the cashier should see I’m paying with the app. She even scanned it twice. Just terrible.

The coffee was terrible. We ordered a Caamel Macciato and a White Chocolate Mocha. The Caramel Macciato was terrible. The order came in so fast that I wondered if it was left over coffee given to us. The one who served us was very nice.

I’m very disappointed at this location. Literally they couldn’t make Carmel grande crunch. The girl made it twice and still missed ingredients. After second attempt I settled for lemonade. What’s disappointing is the manager never came out and helped . Don’t go to this location.

Worst Starbucks experience ever had. Order was wrong and was brought up to the manager Lady who said she was the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Asked for manager she said she was the manager. Her name is Fua? Every other Starbucks I’ve been to was An amazing experience.

This location of Starbucks is one of the slowest. It takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink the inside it's super dirty it doesn't seem to be swept or clean . drive Thur is same issue. Employee don't swipe tables they talk slot amoung each other.
