Starbucks - Coffee shop in Tyler - 1817 E SE Loop 323, USA

The guy at the window was upbeat, friendly and I'd go through this location everyday just to hear his cheerful tone! I was in a hurry and only had time to stop at one location, so I ordered food & a drink here. My drink was made to perfection! However, my sandwich, that's another issue. It was served hot, which was great! But, the top of the bun was so hard, I couldn't bite into it and it was so super small! The inside and bottom bread tasted amazing, I'm just sad the top of the bread was too hard to enjoy. I won't be ordering anymore $7.50 sandwiches from Starbucks lol. I will just go through a food place and give up the nice drink lol!

Took forever for them to even take my order, when they finally did I arrived at the window to see my drink sitting there. So after I pull up I see a drink that matches my order, so I wait 10 minutes later I finally get someone’s attention. I ask her how much longer and she picks up the drink that was there when I pulled up and explains they are waiting for my entire order to be ready.. I ordered 1 drink. Too that off with them totally messing up my order and that’s my experience. I will never stop at that Starbucks again, I would have much rather had her be honest and not lie to me!

I am pretty bummed with my experience today. Usually, the staff is excellent and kind. I’m pregnant and work in the area, so I frequently visit. I typically get food and water since I can’t have too much caffeine. I’ve filled my water bottle before, but today, the person taking my order didn’t want to and gave me a grande water instead. That might not seem a big deal.. but it was to me. She also gave me difficulty with my order, but I wasn’t trying to be complicated; I just watched my caffeine intake. Anyway, this was my favorite place on this side of town before. I could have gone elsewhere. And next time, I will.

I stopped by with my daughter a couple days ago, and we got two drinks. Her refresher was great, but my caramel frappe was awful. It was slam packed full, because there was only one blender and a couple people working, which is understandable to have a wait but my drink had zero flavor in it. It was like drinking a frozen whip cream drink. But absolutely no caramel flavoring at all. I get these drinks multiple times a week and usually they are amazing, this time they forgot one of the steps. I had already left when I took the first drink, so I did not go back in, but I just wish they would pay a little bit more attention to their drinks they are making for the customers

My coffee ☕️ tasted like water I couldn't taste the vanilla and the coffee was watered down 😩😡😡 it was super light. It was supposed to be a pike place, nope, won't do this anymore

I LOVE this Starbucks!!! I have been coming here for years and i go every week. The staff here is too notch!!! They are so nice, remember my name, and they remember the little things! Mars was so sweet the minute I walked in. I have only been here maybe three times total to different ones. ☕️ I asked her all kinds of questions & she helped me figure out what I wanted.😆 I think she deserves a raise for her people skills!

Sam and Kay are awesome! They made sure to fix my order when I came in for a remake and were so kind :)
