Love this store! Everyone is always so nice and happy so it was surprising during today’s visit. This is the first time I had any issues. I got a large pumpkin spiced latte and I waited until I got to work to drink it because I know it’s hot. It felt like it wasn’t full so I opened it up and sure enough, it’s not full. I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with this one. If I didn’t have to be at work, I would have taken it back in but I didn’t have another 15 minutes to wait because they were busy when I drove through. Fill your drinks up please. You see how much is in the cup when you pour it in. Really bummed 🙁 I could have gotten a latte from my daughter’s work but I wanted Starbucks. Now I wish I would have just gotten the latte from her work

This is location is hit or miss. Good food and good drinks, and the atmosphere inside is nice. I've never had a bad experience talking with any of the workers. But, I've had the problem multiple times where they don't fill my cup. And I don't mean just up to the top, I mean I order a venti and I get a tall in a venti cup. It's not every time but it is frequent enough to be a concern. This was what a got the last time I ordered a grande. Very disappointing every time it's happened. I'm to the point that I'm going to alway check my order before leaving to make sure I actually get my drink and not a half full grande cup with half my drink missing.

A good experience at this Starbucks on our way back to Indian Rocks. Amicable and polite staff that were helpful and quick! Between us, we had the following beverages (scores for each below): Oat milk Cappuccino (5/5) Caramel Crunch Cappuccino (5/5) Mango and Dragonfruit (2/5) Choc Cookie Crumble Frappe-chino (5/5) Black Americano (5/5) Organic Apple Juice Carton (5/5) - Being from the UK, we made the most of the gorgeous Florida weather and sat outside! Thanks.

I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I can't remember ever being disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. My orders have always been exactly what I wanted. They're very consistent from one visit to the next, even when it was an entire year between visits. I didn't rate the Food category because I've never purchased any, but I would be surprised to hear that anyone would be disappointed.

Be careful every time I’ve been there. My sandwich is not cooked. Bacon is raw and egg cold in cold in the middle. that is extremely unhealthy and can make you sick call today , no store manager, but another kid answered the phone, who is very rude, and had no clue what he was doing talking to a customer.. this happen 3 times I have been there this month.

I went here on 9/13/23 and the customer service is amazing. There was this sweet girl who helped me out with my drinks, I didn’t catch her name, but she helped my sister and I. We gave a pretty good tip and the drinks were amazing. We ordered pumpkin spice lattes. I highly recommend this location as well as their staff. :)

A standard Starbucks in a small strip mall. The entrance from westbound Welshingham took me down 137th street and in through a back entrance. There was a huge line of people in the drive through, which seems normal for Florida, so I went inside the coffee shop where there were only a few other people. Much faster. Service was quick and the cashier was pleasant.

Manager James has zero customer service skills. He seemed annoyed to take my order and did not make eye contact, didn’t say hello or thank you. He should not be on the register.
