Starbucks - Coffee shop in Southaven - Church and Airways, 5137 Airways Blvd, USA

The closing team was very nice and welcoming, but I specifically asked for the shaker to be cleaned out because I have a severe gluten allergy. The lady was very nice about it, but did not put it in the machine and I ended up reacting to the drink I had. I looked at the drink cup afterwards and it did not say to clean out the shaker. Other than having an allergic reaction, the service was great and timely.

Horrible service…multiple people working on a busy Saturday, but half of them are standing around talking. Ordered one drink and a food item. After 20 minutes of waiting I inquired about my items and was rudely told they were over 30 minutes behind. First of all why would you not mention that when people order. In addition you probably won’t be so behind if your staff wasn’t standing around and gossiping. Was told if I have a problem with the wait then I can just get a refund. Horrible service and attitudes all the way around!

I walked in here to get a coffee, and stood in front of the register for about 7 minutes before someone showed up, and looked at my face without saying a word. Workers look miserable, and I walked out. There is a common theme throughout this Starbucks location. Attitudes driven by misery. No thanks.

Dragon drink and egg/cheese/sausage wrap very good.. BUT the sandwich was cold toward the end. I asked to heat it for 10 seconds in the microwave, but they don't have one. She wanted to make me another, but I said No, cause I ate more than half..which she didn't hear me say. She ASSUMED I was trying to get a free wrap... so annoying 🙄 So, long story short, they can't reheat anything, just sayin'.

Place says they're open until 9, doors were locked at 8:19. I figured they may be short staffed at the lobby was locked. Tried to place a mobile order and it said they weren't taking any more orders. If something was going on they should have posted something on the door to the establishment.

Ordered online and still took me 30 for my drink. People before me had been waiting for 15 minutes, and my drink was not made the way I ask. I will not return .

Always a good experience at this starbucks. Typically has a busy line. I do think the drive thru and parking lot area could be configured better. Nice people here.
