This is the best Starbucks out of the 3 near me! Their consistency with their drinks and service are incredible. The inside is very nice too. My husband and I always, always go to this Starbucks. I definitely recommend stopping by here to get your caffeine fix or a bite to eat.
Typical drive through, made the mistake of getting a prefabricated breakfast sandwich, disgusting. Service was good and coffee was good too. Note to others, unless you are desperate, avoid the food.
Made a mobile order and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso w/ toffee nut and 2 pumps of BS with salted caramel cold foam. This is what i got, photo below. It has wayyy too much oatmilk in it and its not shaken. This is not how this specific coffee drink should be made. Re-train your baristas.
I came in today had a awesome server witch was the beginning of what I thought to be a great experience however, When I asked the server for my drink after waiting for a while she told the person making the drinks and he still didn’t make the drink he continued making drive through drinks as if I didn’t exist! to the point that my server walked away from the register and made my drink herself at that point I had completely eaten all of my food🤦🏽♂️ I wish I knew that young ladies name in the picture) to Thank her she was so helpful. I’m just not sure why that guy refused to make my drink 🤷🏽♂️
Worst ever interaction at drive-thru. New server, HALEY, that I never saw previously passed me my hot coffee with a lid not properly placed on cup, so it exploded all over my chest, lap, steering wheel, and seatbelt... she immediately laughed and stood there with a completely rude attitude. I put the messed up cup on the silver shelf and said the lid wasn't on there, help me, it spilled all over! It was hot all over my lap and hands and I requested her help!!!! She instead stood there with a smirk and said it was my fault for holding the cup wrong. I again requested, very sharply this time, that I needed some napkins. She just said I can't tell her to do that and closed the window and refused to help me. I stayed in line and honked the horn so finally another worker came over and got me some towels, remade the drink, apologized, ect... What the heck. Why would someone be so nasty? My coworkers and I think at least it smells nice to walk around with chocolaty smelling brown stains all over my blouse, pants, and cardigan today. Geeze. HALEY is just the worst.
I love Starbucks! Yesterday my daughter picked up coffee for us, as a treat, before she pick me up for work. 1 coffee was correct the other was for someone else. We didn't have time to go back so tossed it cuz we didn't like it. She called, they said come back tomorrow we'll give you a coffee. Today she went there, she waited in drive through line for 30 minutes, during this time she asked someone walking out of the building was if it was busy inside cuz she was going to go in instead but the lady said it was crazy in there too. This Starbucks repeatedly is the slowest one that I go to. I never stop unless I have an extra 20 mins. I'll pass it to go to another one cuz it's faster. Starbucks needs to check out Chic fil A 's drive thru. It is packed, always, but the customer would never know because it's managed so well.
I came here for drive thru morning time yesterday and forgot to ask oat milk for my order of Matcha Latte. I drove past the intercom already to ask for the change so when I came by the window, i asked the lady working the register to see if she could change the order to oat milk instead of whole milk. She seemed to mishear me multiple times as I heard her pass on the word to the person making my drink that it's supposed to be whole milk. The lady on the register left to go somewhere real quick and I watched as the person making my drink pour whole milk on my Matcha Latte. She saw me looking at her and reverified if I wanted it whole milk. I told her it's supposed to be oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant and my stomach had already been acting up since the day before. Thankfully, she understood and immediately made the change. My stomach is thankful!
