They were so kind, I normally try to order on the app but what I wanted to try wasn’t on there and my order was a bit complicated . I was nervous since I had to order when I got there but they were very helpful and charged me the least that they could and ended up giving me an extra cup of cold foam and sized my drink up for free. I have had multiple positive encounters with the workers here so I go out of my way to come to this location.
One of the nicer Starbucks of the area! Great to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and the interior was very clean! There are chargers all along the wall for computers and phones, which was very nice since I needed to get some work done! I will definitely be returning to this location again soon.
This Starbucks has been pretty great for a long time, but in the last few months they’ve been getting so many orders of mine wrong and I find I have to have a drink remade almost every time! This morning (1/16/24) really took the prize. My unsweetened black iced tea had cream in it; the lemon cake was placed frosting side to the bottom of the bag, so the icing all pulled off; the bagel had been warmed when I asked for it unwarmed; and the Iced Cafe Americano had no half and half or sweetener in it, which was contrary to the order. Drinks can be remade but it’s extremely annoying to wait for it. The other errors were discovered later. Plus the morning staff lately has not been friendly at all — no greeting when you enter the store, sullen response when the drinks have to be remade, even though I’m very polite. I hope the manager sees this. I’m steaming.
first time inside and the girl at the register, miranda. didn’t greet me, smile, or speak unless needed. my cake pop and coffee took forever… when my order was ready I had no idea bc they don’t announce anything…. very negative inside.
This has been my regular Starbucks for months but now I will be going to the one on Wickham instead. My drink is consistently watery now and the staff is rude. Especially at the drive thru. Will not be going back here ever again.
Fantastic store and a wonderful staff! Really enjoyed our visit. Olyvia was awesome as our host and we learned a lot about the store and we were super impressed at the precautions they took to allow people back in the store during this time. They have the newest espresso machines- really cool!
Really weird experience here today. I placed an order on mobile for 2 drinks. I made a mistake such that one of the drinks was not what I intended to order. Oddly, it still wasn't the drink that I ordered by mistake and came in two cups. I would never complain about ... getting an extra cup, but this too struck me as odd as it has never happened before. The other drink it so happens was also made incorrectly. I called the store while continuing my drive on I-95, but whoever picked up the phone immediately said "have a nice day" and hung up before I could say anything. I called later after I got home and got hung up on again, then got the disconnected phone line sound, and finally the afternoon shift leader answered. She was combative, impatient, and rude with me. I accepted responsibility for messing up my own order, but she continued to be rude and made me uncomfortable. She did agree to send me a card, which I didn't quite understand the details of on account of the hostile conversation. The phone call ended with me more confused than anything else. I can't say I will ever go here again.
Front counter order taker was rude and had a stink attitude. When a customer has a question or uncertain about an item the facility sells your suppose to speak to your customers kindly without a snotty attitude so they feel welcomed to come back.
So I had a question about a drink order, in the sense of how it's labeled and how it comes, and I guess she just wasn't ok with my ignorance, and proceeds to tell me that coffee and espresso are 2 completely different things they offer......really?!
"Espresso is a rich, concentrated form of coffee with a full-bodied, bold flavor."
Who's the ignorant one now?
Best in the business! Not only do they focus on skills but also the mindset of the players, the importance of being a good student first and building character. Weâve watched our son grow with a passion for basketball and we give so much credit to
