I spend a ton of time in coffee shops for work, particularly Starbucks. This is without a doubt THE DIRTIEST one I've ever been in!! For the last 3 days I've gone here and today I couldn't stay. You would think that a company that won't even touch my clean cup that I bring in for a refill (which I think is ridiculous because you'll handle the dirty cash customers hand you all day and then slide over and make drinks without washing your hands) would be super conscientious about sanitation but I always seem to have to clean off my own tables no matter what Starbucks I go into. Guess that is just your company's culture, but as you can see from the pics, today was too much! Friday night, when I went in, I found a table, and usual, I had to grab some napkins to clean off the table. When I got to the trash can to grab a few napkins, I noticed the kids' high chair. Now I get it because I owned a restaurant and know thing happen but I was a little surprised to see what looked like a kid has vomited corn all over the seat and it was dripping on the floor. Being Friday night, I figured they were just busy and would soon get to it. Fast forward to 2 pm on Saturday. Come in and choose the same table, go for napkins, and to my surprise, the vomit chair has not been touched. Again, fast forward to 3:30 Sunday. Sit at another table, go to get napkins, both holders were out of napkins, and THE VOMMIT CHAIR IS STILL DIRTY! I'm just spitballing here, but shift leaders run your shift, managers, manage your team, GM what's going on in your store, area/ district manager is this really your best??
I like Starbucks coffee, I love the energy people who work their give. Favorite coffee is the apple crisp Macchiato
The only negative i have is this: I never get food from there due to the high cost and just taste like reheated pre-made food. Not really the stores fault. I only rate food as a 4 just in case they include coffee in the subject of rating.
Honestly I’m not sure if it’s an issue with staffing, systems, management, or all of the above. This location is always a hit or miss so it evens out, however lately it’s been progressively getting worse and the previous day took the cake.
I usually wait ten minutes even though getting through the drive thru at this location takes 10 to 20 minutes to go through anyways.
This time however I was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and this was after being told the after the first 25 minutes “You came too early bro.” and having to go through it again. Like dude I’m literally 30 minutes past your estimation.
Should I have just screw it and cancelled? Yes I should have but Starbucks corp doesn’t issue out refunds or voids transactions it’s the location manager so good luck to that, they never come through anyways.
They deserve 0 stars! This location must have the rudest, slowest, non caring employees at any Starbucks. I hate that this is the closet one to my house, and I’m glad to say I won’t go back. I’ll rather drive to Arlington. What’s the point of ordering a mobile order, to get there and wait an additional 15mins for something simple like a vanilla bean frappe???? EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!! Then the rude employee hands me my drink and say here. No, thank you for waiting, sorry for the wait, nothing, just here.
Even when I place an order 30-40 minutes early I still have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes inside the store waiting for my order. I understand it can get busy some days but I come here often and the slowness each and every time is absolutely ridiculous. Do better or hire more hands.
Not sure why every time I place a mobile order here, only part of it is done by the time I arrive 10 minutes later.
The first time, they put my sandwich out, but kept my drink on the back bar for like 10 minutes until I asked what was going on, at which time they handed it to me, watered down already. Didn't even say sorry lol
Second time, my sandwich was ready but my coffee wasn't. 5 minutes later they asked the order name and they started making my coffee. Unorganized.
Edit: once again. I order one drink at 8:30PM. It's supposed to be ready at 8:36PM. Wasn't ready til 8:55PM. They're NOT EVEN BUSY and there's 3 baristas. 25 minutes for one drink. Not coming back here.
My daildoses...expensive habit but I love them 😂
I rarely go to Starbucks but when I do I'm in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I finally got to the window and was expected to wait another 5 minutes for a measly Chai latte and an overpriced cake pop. COULDN'T BE ME. I left with an overrated venti of overpriced time wasted and a sprinkle of don't come here again.
It is a amazing place. Lots of space to work, read and chill.
Good Internet, good coffee and chai.
Also I felt it is a good place to work. People were nice during all my time there.
PJs is definitely mobile notary friendly. I was able to meet my clients here in a reserved space just to work, conduct a small meeting, study, or even just read....they even had a printer available to use and not to mention wifi.....ooh and let's NOT

I get the same drink everywhere I go in order to compare coffee places... This Starbucks knocked it out of the park! Even amongst Starbucks, they don't all make my drink correctly - but being the first time I was here, they got it exactly how I wante
Located on top of the Asian Times Square food court itâs a place 3rd space to just hangout with family and friends. Fair prices and really cute plushies. Will be coming back!!!!!
What a awesome experience, first time here, love the different equipment for the kids, public restroom, cold treats on hot summer days provided by your friendly neighborhood ice truck, a bit of a drive for me but it's definitely worth it. The downsid
