Starbucks - Coffee shop in Lacey - 1110 College St SE, USA

The workers here are very polite and fun to interact with, love having our small conversations. The place itself is very clean and well taken care of (inside and out). The food and drinks are delicious! Everything is organized not cluttered.

It's not your typical "cozy" atmosphere, feels more like a college study hall, but if that's what you're there for, they've got tables and outlets to do so. I would definitely come here to study if I were still in college! Coffee is great, food is expensive and premade but not bad. I love their little shop. Every time I come here I want to buy a different travel mug. They've got rare coffees here to purchase too apparently. Great spot.

The last 3 times I have been to this location I have gotten really badly burnt coffee. The employees are nice, but holy cow is the coffee bad. I get a white chocolate mocha each time; It smells and tastes so burnt and I don’t go on a consistent day/time, so it seems to be all the time that they are serving burnt coffee. It really shouldn’t be this bad when there is a ton of sugar in this drink, it doesn’t mask the burnt taste. I will be looking elsewhere for a new coffee place.

UPDATE: Love, love, love this Starbucks! Every Thursday morning my wife and I stop by for a nice treat on our way to work. I place the order using the app just before we leave the house and it is always ready by the time we arrive a few minutes later. When we get there, there is almost always a line of cars for the drive thru. Inside there are often a number of regular customers there plus some newbies. It is a nice combination of friends, families, and/or colleagues getting together, people catching up on work/homework on their computers, and people just enjoying some peace and quiet to start their day. Staff is always busy but never too busy for a cheerful "Welcome!". They are all great there. Super friendly, professional, and delightful people. This is exactly the Starbucks you have always loved. Highly recommend you stopping by. ------- Original Post ------ Came for a morning treat. I think this is a relatively new Starbucks. They were training a mostly new crew. The barista was a ringer who made a great double tall mocha with coconut milk (you absolutely have to try it). The team members were all friendly and helpful. Place was clean and friendly.

This is my go-to Starbucks, as it's super close to home and along the way to work. I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes the line can be a bit long, but it always moves pretty quickly. The staff are always super friendly, fun, and a pleasure to interact with. My order is always exactly right, and they even offer my pup treats. 😊

Usually good. I ordered my regular expecting it to be what I usually get but ended up getting milk— with a slight hint of coffee. Very disappointed.

Good coffee as always. The place is spacious and modern design cafe. The Crew is very Good. Wifi is Good and Choose your chair types.

Thank you you to the two baristas I encountered today I believe Thomas and Kilee (I think I didn’t ask but could barely see name tags). I have had a rough week as I lost my pup, today has been extra hard, and came by just now. I mostly wanted the red cup but am always down for coffee. They were out when I ordered and asked them to surprise me. I received a nice surprise my drink was paid for by them and I started to cry. It is just what I needed today! Your kindness has made my day! Thank you! And the surprise drink is delicious!
