Starbucks is always my go-to. My drink is always satisfactory and is a nice treat. And I was hoping my experience would be that, a treat. Unfortunately the unwelcoming staff doesn't make the experience enjoyable. I usually stop in and read or do some work in the shop because I like the atmosphere. The staff is cold and unwelcoming, barely even looking you in the eye. I was ignored at the register when I approached with a smile. I was ready to be patient as it was 8:30 am and super busy. I felt like me ordering was an inconvenience so I just ordered on my phone. It was faster. I've had 2 experiences like this both at the register. But I get it, it's packed and busy but I was patient and excited to get my morning treat. I will just mobile order from now on the avoid these interactions with staff.
Congratulations!! You did it!! Worlds slowest coffee!!!! While I understand that it's a Saturday morning, it should never take 33 minutes to make a single coffee. I ordered my coffee via the app at 8:50 and then I waited and waited and waited AND waited until 9:24 for it to be handed to me. I have patience to wait and I understand it's busy, but I shouldn't have to order a coffee 45 minutes in advance. Do better!
The employee (drive thru) 11-26@0756 just keep on chatting with the customer in front of us. Discussing personal matters and let us wait for almost five minutes . When she handed our orders she didn’t even smile or say thank you. Our order was even incomplete, no hot water added on our oatmeal. I felt like we are a burden to her when she handed our order. Totally bad customer service! Bad for Starbucks business!
Nice staff, although there was a little while of a wait for just one drink. There was nobody in line except us either, so I'm unsure how that happened. The Matcha Bliss drink they make is good, with an iced chai and matcha foam on top. I would recommend this place, but try to avoid it if you're in a hurry. Good drinks, nice service, but long wait times.
I normally have a decent experience at this Starbucks . This morning, however, I was in a bit of a rush, but that big eye lash girl talk to one of her customer friends for 10 minutes and didnt bother getting my food items ready. I finally left without my items. Back then worse I was the only customer in there so she could clearly see. I was standing there waiting on my stuff.
Disappointed. The staff is always rude. They don't seem to care if they take forever to make a drink. They argue with me about making things to standard. The atmosphere inside this store is miserable. All the baristas look angry and like they don't want to be there and get huffy when you ask them for things. Not to mention that it takes WAY TOO LONG to get through the drive thru. I sat in line for 15 minutes. And that was BEFORE I even made it to the speaker box to order. Which took forever also because the barista taking my oder kept getting my order wrong and having to change things. Then my drinks didn't taste right and my shots were burnt leaving my drink tasting bitter and without much flavor. Sad :( DO BETTER.
I'm literally sitting here crying. I have asked so nice how to get my beverage made correctly. If all that i was riding on that day was JUST to have the coffee how I ordered and paid for you guys really really nake my WHOLE day bad! I hate yoi guys so bad!! Im the nicest person and i pay xtra for water. I hate you
Worst customer service ever I had ever had at any Starbucks. Guy name Trincy somthing like that was doing serving we ask nicely for a cup tray and he gave us a really rude way saying know and we had 9 drinks so I let it pass then I ask for about a box cuz it was only 3 of us we had a 30min drive and we couldn't hold it all and so I ask for a box and he said no again in a rude way so he gave us all are drink and we where missing our food and I asked him for it and he said I already told you there working on it ones he said my order was ready then he gave us the food in a really bad way after that he forgot to give us Gorda bacon. Will never go again worst do not recommend

The City of Lemoore has done a wonderful job revitalizing this park. Large open fields, a dog park, plenty of baseball/softball diamonds, and a new play area with many exciting structures for kids to go crazy on.
