Best Starbucks in in town. Dr Chai is the master. Not only for the perfect drink but they always put a smile on your face. My go to place for coffee and chai. Never feel unwelcomed.
I ordered ahead on the app, and waited a good 10 minutes before going in for my drink,PRIOR to doing my shopping. 1 (rude) person working(on a Friday morning), and very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, still no drink even on the horizon...I asked if I could cancel my order,since she had not even started my drink? She said , "You have to use the Yap." I said use the what?? She said, "I said the APP!!!" then threw the cup with my sticker on it across the floor, and just ignored me. I never recieved the drink I paid for, and have yet to be refunded or get a response from corporate...
Generally the regular morning guy is REAL friendly, and able to do his job kindly.
So grateful for great customer service and this place has one employee that not only myself but my son look forward to going to this specific location because of this employee. Nathan is always very polite and accommodating with drinks. I know it’s a pain to try to make Keto drinks and at least 60% of Starbucks employees have been very rude when asking for certain drinks. No matter what time it is Nathan is ALWAYS in a good and happy attitude. Definitely our go to Starbucks location 😁
Love the King Soopers that this shop is in but do not come to this Starbucks. The one time I did, the staff was very rude!!
The girl the served me was super sweet and they ran out of syrup for my drink this morning and it was a serious strawberry but she said she could still make it but it’s gunna be without the syrup just a little different I said go ahead. The drink turned out amazing she even made sure I liked it after I was done tasting it. She was young very sweet
I was told I couldn't use my starbucks app, and lost out on a little over 40 points. Then I was given a watered down lemonade, to which I was told that the company is telling employees to add water to light ice drinks to save money. I visit Starbucks a couple of times a week and have never heard that. Last time I go here.
I’ve been coming here for a few years. It’s my favorite Starbucks location! Everything is always right and everyone is super awesome! They’re never rude and always make sure your experience is great! I’d recommend stopping by whenever you’re in.
Nathan is my favorite barista. He knows my drink and makes me laugh even when it is so early in the morning that I want to crawl back in to bed rather than go to work.
Coffee is always great and customer service is genuine and kind! Always feel good leaving here. They finally have gluten free pastries too. The apple upside down is SO good!

Great running store and brewery in downtown Longmont. Really good shoe selection (comparable to or a bit better than Fleet Feet) and helpful workers. They put on great races as well (Sole Mates 5k in the fall is definitely worth doing).
