Very well kept, it's really clean and looks nice. Not as many seating inside as most Starbucks, but there are three extra tables outside. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. When we were ordering the barista, she was extremely polite and very friendly. Service was quick, and came out accurate.
Nice location with no Drivethru. Right next to freeway and with indoor and outdoor seating.
Very unfriendly went in for milk for my baby and asked help as he is crying she was like wait for.ur turn and madam tats all. Rude!! Been here twice and both times maybe me feel like it was a bother to help me. As a partner didn’t think they would treat me like that. Went to get my favorite drink. Asked for 4 venti cups of just ice. The girl said no we can’t do that. She said all I can give you is a tall cup of ice. Both times I went in was a issue with just giving me cups of ice.
Really enjoyed the view with coffee until went to the bathroom and one of them talked loudly about me the whole time lol
Great store with great staff. Gay and Gen were awesome, kind, and made a great vanilla latte. I'll save this store for the next time I'm in town.
I come here quite often and normally I have a pretty okay experience but I had gone in to pick up my mobile order and when I arrived to pick up my item my frapp was almost all liquid ( now mind you I had arrived before the order was made and was waiting for my drink to be made) and when I was move it around in the cup one of the baristas asked me what was wrong I explained and she turned around and asked the baristas behind her( who made it) she rudely said it was because I asked for a triple shot in a grande frapp. I get this drink regularly and it is not normally like that . They didn't ask me if I wanted a new one or anything. Also it was quite bitter compared to normal..
This is the closest Starbucks to me, so I've been coming here for a while. The last couple of times was not great. I always mobile order and walk in to pick up. Over a week i picked up the usual Cafe latte, I can tell the taste was off right away. The coffee tasted really diluted. The 2nd time I went, just as I was grabbing my coffee, the employee was about to put a cup coffee on the counter for pickup but she tipped it over and spilled all over the counter, including my prescription sunglasses. She didn't even apologize, she was only concerned about her own embarrassment. This place has gone downhill. Going to another location from now on.
I have like five Starbucks near me but this one is my favorite for some reason easier to access big parking lot. But like any other place with free Wi-Fi there's always those four or five people that just hog up the tables all damn day. Thank God I h

Perfect spot on the corner of Santa Anita and Duarte, with entrances to the parking lot from both streets. The service was quick and they were friendly. Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was very tasty here. I'd recommend this place for a good coffee drink
