This Starbucks is amazing. We love the atmosphere and how they were so accommodating! Sophia, Chris, and Chasidy helped us both order and get a bag of coffee. And they ground the beans for us too! So helpful and good drinks! About 3pm on a Friday they weren’t busy at all!
I stopped into this location which is in the Marriott hotel lobby. The ladies were nice and fast at getting orders out! There was live entertainment next to the Starbucks. Plenty more of clean seating. There was outdoor seating as well. I wish this location allowed mobile orders. My drink was brewed to perfection. My pastry was also fresh.
Service was great! Chris was super helpful and fast. Drinks were made so efficiently and they were delicious. 10/10 will definitely be back next time I’m in Frisco. Chasidy, Sophia & Chris rock!
I had a 17 drink order one morning and another Starbucks location was out of matcha, so Google maps brought me here. What a great experience! Mimi, Christina, and Chris were calm, cool, and collected, and took care of the order in a very efficient manner. By the time I left, I felt like they were friends. I have since bypassed other Starbucks and come to this location just to see them :)
My wife and I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It's conveniently inside the hotel so we came here once or twice a day during our stay. Chasidy, Chris, and Sophia do a great job and always take good care of us.
I visited this location last week (Tuesday) again! This is a great location and the baristas and staff make every visit a pleasant one! Sophia is very sweet, took my order and also helped making some of the drinks I ordered! Chasiely and also another nice young man was there!
