Very large and spacious Starbucks. The team makes great drinks. It’s actually surprising the range of quality and consistency that you find in a franchise like Starbucks. But this was one of the good ones.

Traditional Starbucks, great service, and the drinks were made perfectly.

Typically always get good service. I love how big this location is. It stays busy for the most part but the staff is on top of it. Bathrooms are clean. Inside/outside seating available. Nice stock on cups. Parking is available. Has a drive thru.

Friendly staff and level headed. Really busy Saturday day morning and there was an ungrateful “Karen” and “Chad”. Team kept that smile and knocked em down with kindness. Spacious area clean floors and bathrooms. The swivel chairs are comfy.

Your basic Starbucks. Good fast service. This location does have a drive thru. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, good size parking lot and easy access being close to a traffic light to get out onto Courtney with traffic. Also just south of 528, with easy on easy off access for going to or coming from the Beach!

I wrote a favorable review of this store a few weeks ago, but I take that back. I went to the store today because I wanted to buy a 20 ounce thermos and the closest store to me was closed which meant I would’ve had to gone into target. I went into the store and picked out a mug and asked, the girl at the counter, if they could refill these mugs after I bought them, without even lifting her head she said yes. I gave her my order and the new cup, I then paid with a $2 tip then she said “here’s your cup” I said “you’re not gonna fill it?”and she said “we can’t the first time, it has to be washed” I ask “you can’t wash it“her reply “we are not allowed” I said “I wish you had told me that before I bought the cup” she dismissed me like yesterday’s trash. It wasn’t the fact policy dictated this (crazy policy seeing as how they wash all their other dishes and I bought the cup from them) no it was her “why are you bothering me” attitude. All this and I think she was the store manager. I will certainly never be back to this store and I doubt if I ever tip at any Starbucks seeing as how they want it prior to service

The worst latte I’ve ever had. No flavor or froth at all. Cup was so overfilled that lid popped off and spilled everywhere while I was driving. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money here. Absolutely terrible.

Has issues with serving cups of coffee that are half caff. Sometimes they are nice but most times they are quite rude about it and try to talk me out of it "oh it will take 5 minutes!". Drivethru made me pull around out front last weekend while I waited a looong time for my "pour over" half caff, I have dog in car can't go inside. Seems most like the cold drinks I still like a coffee. They even say to me "coffee??!!" I say yes coffee. Went to the Starbucks in Target today they were very pleasant and made me a half caff, Americana with NO attitude.!! Starbucks can't afford making a pot of decaf.
