Food service can be a thankless job and I have been to plenty of coffee shops where employees are stressed and burnt out but the charm, thoughtfulness and positivity I was met with this evening during my trip in was amazing. Add in the fact that I waltzed in 12 minutes before they closed the dining room… the manager of this location and team has so much to be proud of. Thanks for a memorable evening!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff was doing drive-thru only and was picking and choosing who to come out to hand the in-store pickup orders to. I watched several people able to get their in-store pick-up order while others, like myself, were told they would only give it to us in the drive-thru. I am fine if you need to adjust for business needs, but be consistent.
Drinks were great, but the service was extremely awful, and don't get me wrong, I love me some Starbucks. I just won't come to this location again. First of all the parking is a joke! You can not park or get out because the drive-thru line covers it, and some don't know courtesy. I walked in with my Service Dog, and first, it was too loud, and that's whatever, right? It was difficult to get my order, right? Perhaps put tpur music down just a suggestion. Then, as I'm waiting for my drinks, one guy comes over and waives over the counter to come to him here. I thought my order was done great ! I thought. Wrong! He just wanted me to wait outside because no animals are ALOUD ??? EXCUSE ME SIR!! That is my SERVICE DOG !! But if suddenly I need medical attention, you would know, right?? No ! My Service Dog and I will wait in here, and I showed him his medical identification that he has the right to enter anywhere! He rolled his eyes, but that's ok. We don't play childish games, honey. Other customers told him to chill as well, so perhaps you should educate yourself about service animals before you attempt to even open your mouth, young man .
I’ve gone to this place before but I don’t know what it was about today. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap and it tasted like nothing. It felt like I was drinking water. My other drink I had gotten for my mom I ordered a strawberry crème frap with no coffee with mocha drizzle and frapp chips mixed in. She said it tasted horrible and that there was a lot of coffee in it. We tried to call this place 10 different times and no one answered. I am not happy at all and I want my money back. It was a waste!
This Starbucks is never too busy. I love coming here for that reason.
The employees here are very friendly and cool. My order has been made incorrectly twice, but I didn't mind because when I asked them about it, they remade it and apologized. I also found it kinda funny.
Anyway, love this location and the baristas here.
Parking okay earlier you go get a front parking and also have went later in the day still good parking ,good service always make my drink with a smile and found my christmas cheer cup there my always stop there...
Ordered 2 other drinks they were fine, but a Carmel ribbon crunch - it had way too much extra whip? Whip cream in bottom and extra on top plus not very well blended with very little flavoring, some hard and frozen and parts too loose and watery with too much whip cream. 1st time at this location, very disappointed at frap. expectations broken compared to other locations.
So THANKFUL for this placeâ I needed to take some work meetings and was looking for coffee, and this place saved me.
Spacious and quiet, this place is perfect to work from. Coffee was pretty goodâcanât say much for the pastries though.

Burger Stop isn't fancy but they make GREAT burgers and their prices are incredible, particularly as inflation has driven $ sky high. It's important to note that they haven't raised their cheeseburger prices since *pre-pandemic*!! I'm sure their cost
