The drive-thrubl at this Starbucks gets backed up. A 2nd location in the mall would be really great! The staff is always super friendly. Drinks and food and standard fare.

I have been to this Starbucks numerous times, and it is one of the most inconsistent stores I have ever been to. Either they are excellent or deplorable. The drive-thru is the slowest one I have encountered. For the price of the drinks, the presentation of the drinks should be immaculate, but that is dependent upon who is working there, and a lot of times, they have stains on the side of cups and look slapped together. Where you pick up the mobile order is typically a chaotic scene. With this location, when they are good(quality of food/service), they are good, and when they are bad, they are bad.
Every time I visit this location they are out of multiple items. Cups, syrups, food, lids everything. The staff is very nice but they are also very slow. If you go to this location offer 7 am the line is at least a 35-40 minute wait for drive thru. I wish they’d stop being out of things every day and hire more workers.
Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Consistently it is SO slow. I avoid this Starbucks but once in awhile give it another shot and always regret it. Definitely go to the ETSU one even if it’s a farther drive.
I ordered a coffee I hadn’t ever tried - wasn’t for me, but the most kind barista offered other suggestions based on what I liked. She recommended something sweeter with the same flavor & it’s probably my new favorite drink 🥰
I understand that a place can get busy; however, waiting for over 30 minutes and still not receiving my order is absolutely ridiculous. The management’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I paid my money and never got my order. What a joke.

I come here all the time to get sandwiches and coffee for the guys at work and they love it. The location is clean and theyâre consistent with each cup. Not only are they really nice and accommodating but the food and baked goods are great.

This is great place to get coffee and the service is always amazing. Every time I have went, the staff have always been polite and personable. They also have smoothies and shakes that my kids really enjoy so something for the whole family.
