Starbucks - Coffee shop in Manhattan Beach - 233 Manhattan Beach Blvd, USA

today i went tot this starbucks with my friend. i ordered a vanilla creme STEAMER and a unwarmed chocolate croissant. first i noticed that my croissant was warmed which kinda annoyed me. i also noticed my name was spelled wrong. i have a rare name so i spelled it out for the server and she still spelled it VERY wrong. when they called my name announcing my order, they gave me a vanilla bean cream frappuccino!! that sounds nothing like the HOT DRINK i ordered. my friend even showed the server the drink we wanted on the app to make sure she would get it right. she even said “the vanilla steamer right” and we said yes. unacceptable and poor service. very little customers but still took a while. the drink she gave us cost more than the one i asked for so i wasted money on a drink i didn’t want

What a good location. Driver A2 here for morning coffee sitting on the sidewalk in sunny SoCal. Talk about location. Ordered ahead ready when I arrived.

Went to this location while buying something from a store down the street and I was thoroughly impressed by Shayann the Manager and her staff! The Drink was amazing and made quickly despite being so busy. The Manager Sheyann definitely motivated her staff to work effectively and with a genuine smile on each of their faces. Its was really awesome to see! Glad I was craving a drink before heading home! Keep it up you guys! -Cody V

The baristas here are so nice in the mornings. Their customer service and coffee make for a great start to long work day. The only issue with this Starbucks is the parking situation; which is nonexistent.

Pretty crowded place. Bathroom and wifi available. Parking tight but available; you have to pay for parking though. Right next to the beach. You can actually view the beach while sipping the coffee inside.

There was a young lady...maybe mid-aged at the counter....who reminded me of someone I would of went to high school with. Her energy was awesome!!! I'm at an age where your either your wage, job or marital status defines your confidence levels....hence my personal concerns....her cashier customer service was magically entertaining,kind and oddly upbeat! Thanks a million for making my coffee visit great. Sorry I didn't get your name to post on here....also love the ceilings there.

Went to this location on 8.7.2020 at 10:20am and this young, energetic and beautiful black women with blonde braids helped me. She was quick to help me while I was in line for some time waiting while this women was at the register for awhile. By the time the other customer was done my order was complete and waiting for me. I wish I got her name but I really appreciated it considering I had to be at work. Your staff is amazing and its great to see customer service is still a standard.

Staff members were very friendly. Store needs to move forward and add more seating inside. Its been 3 years' stop with the social distancing and maybe some small couches.
